If that was the situation, it should have been determined much earlier instead of stringing me along for nearly a year. We inquired for assistance for my Social…read moreSecurity Disability claim, as I am permanently disabled, and the only thing they did was have a phone call with me to fill out the application through Social Security's website, and list themselves as the firm to be copied on communication. From that point they did nothing. They didn't help with anything else. Come to find out, Social Security hasn't received any medical records, and the firm didn't notify me or help.. I called every 2-3 weeks to find out what's the next steps, and all they did was say to wait until a decision is returned. No interest, and then when I complained they just withdrew from the case. Avoid using this firm for anything. I also contacted them for a duplicate matter regarding the accident which caused my disability and they were demeaning and rude.
