I found this business by searching on Yelp as I was in search of a place to get some embroidery…read moredone. I called to do research at first for about three places and ultimately I chose this one. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!

I have documentation showing the mistake was on their end, yet no one was willing to take ownership of it. Instead, the tone of the responses suggested it was somehow my fault. Customer service was especially frustrating. Rudy was rude and dismissive throughout the process. In one email that included the artist, he wrote, "give this lady ..." I'm not even sure I was meant to see that, but regardless, that wording is unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen. Refusing to acknowledge them and speaking to customers in a condescending way is what made this experience unacceptable. I expected accountability and basic professionalism, and I received neither.

The plans to do this were last minute so by the time we decided to wanted t-shirts screen-printed with our company logo we only had 2 days to make it happen. We knew the odds were against us when we wanted to have our shirts made in such a short time frame but when I spoke to Chris at FW Promo, he pushed the order through and bent over backwards to assure we got our shirts completed in time. I highly recommend FW Promo and would gladly do business with them again. Great company and great people, and the shirts looked amazing too! My dad had a stroke and needs to wear an eye patch for a bit. Brought the patches (5) to their shop…read morethe day after labor day. They said no issue. I went home and sent the artwork by email. I expected an email a week later saying they were ready. Nope. I emailed. The rep supposedly never got it. Odd I used the same email addy. So I found the original I sent and I forwarded it. that was the following Tuesday, so a week later. Then I reach out to find out when, then I found out that their machne went down. No emails or calls saying its delayed. I reach out again to find out this new wrench in the get a long. so I wait and wait. Then today 9.25 I get an email saying they are ready. so 13 days for a job I was told 5 on. Now these are eye patches, the artwork they put on them is very small in relation to the patch itself. I do not remember discussing a size with them but I did expect it larger than they are.
