They found a way around it to sell the condo after my father passed away and BEFORE my father's will was even probated. When Eva was advised that they shouldn't be selling it no problem she just called the family member who pressured my 91 year old mom to sell it and advised him exactly what papers to put in front of my 91 year old mom to sign to get around it. They knew when the will was probated that the judge would not have allowed the sale. What kind of person/agency/realtor does such a thing? All to earn $$$ in commission. What shameful behavior. To work with a family member to pressure my 91 year old vulnerable mother to sign a document knowing full well that the condo was to go to my sister. I spoke with other realtors in the area and they said even if Shaw/ Chugerman connived a way to bypass the beneficiary deed and accept the signature of a 91 year old woman they would never dream of listing the property as it would be totally against the ETHICS that most realtors adhere to. Shame on you Russell Shaw and Eva Chugerman for your greedy and unethical actions.

Ever hear the term "ambulance chasers"? That's what it felt like being contacted out of the blue…read moreby this group, without my asking them for their info or giving them permission... I filled out a form on the Arizona housing department website asking for information about special mortgages. I have NO idea how David F. and his team got a hold of my cell phone and email from that, but they did. Next thing I know, I get a creepy text from David on my one day off, Sunday, trying to chat me up like we already had met and like I had solicited his help. NOPE. I did not. I certainly don't want to get cold-called via text, but that's exactly what he did. To me, texting is reserved for family and a few close friends. I don't want to be someone's next "mark" via a text and on my F'ing Sunday! He also had the nerve to add me to his spamming emails and I started getting emails with properties in them. Once again, I never signed up with these people, had NO idea who they were and certainly didn't give them permission to spam me. So, when I get this interrupting text from a total stranger while I'm at a play on my day off, I logically ask: How did you get my info? Instead of answering my question or apologizing, I get another creepy text asking me more questions about my activity. This is when I decided these people are just unctuous (see dictionary). REALLY? Is that the right way to start off a fiduciary relationship? Intrude on someone's life via their cell phone without asking and then when they ask you a logical question ignore it and slime your way further into a hole with another question? Gross. Just gross. So, I extended (via another text) some sage feedback to David F. about how NOT to start a biz relationship (uh, like cold-texting someone and then ignoring their "why are you contacting me" response...) and he had the nerve to once again, ignore my displeasure, not apologize and say that his tactics are good. What do I have to say to the fool who ignores the potential client's statements about the UNWARRANTED, UNSOLICITED and offensive behavior? BYE BYE. Dude, if you can't f'ing get a clue about what I find acceptable and unacceptable about how you initiate a dialogue with me, do you think I'd trust you to help me buy a HOUSE? OMFG. Get a clue... Dear 46:10, if you wonder why the only property David F currently has listed on his site is a ramshackle shack, check his sales tactics first.... perhaps his manner has something to do with it.... and since you haven't caught on about this "alt" smarmy way of doing business, how could I trust your company in any way... shouldn't you only pick agents who have a clue to represent your company? No to 46:10 and NO to Keller Williams period over this. Just too gross for any iota of trust to develop...

Complete Joy to work with!…read more We met Savannah at a random open house we popped into. Walking out my husband said to me, she's the realtor for us. We didn't waste any time and signed with Savannah right away. Out of the gate she completely figured out our style and how we like to communicate. She was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home. Not at any point did she try to "sell us" and "push us" into a home we were not interested in nor wasn't a fit for what we initially asked for in a home. Her response time was amazing and she had our best interest at heart at all times. When we said we "think" we know which home we wanted to move forward with she was intuitive and set up other homes for us to look at to ensure we selected the right home for us. It's was over a decade ago when we purchased our last home and it definitely is different now. Savannah realized that and helped us through the process without ever being annoyed or giving the impression that she was being inconvenienced by how needy we were. That's impressive because we are not easy! Anyone would be crazy not to use Savannah to buy or sell their home. Be honest with what you want in a home and she will find it for you!
