This was on a Friday afternoon shortly before quitting time for most places so we received alot of "Im sorry but we cant help you". We even called the Highway Patrol for assistance but they only gave us more options of garages that couldn't help us. Thank goodness we found County Ones number!! They jumped on the road and was loading up our boat and boat trailer without hesitation within the hour. Spanky followed us down to the nearest boat dock. He waited for us to get the boat into the water and then left. We couldn't believe the low charge! After he left we realized that the tire wasn't going to hold long enough to make it to a shop. I'm used to changing my own tires, but the newfangle vehicle I have now doesn't even have a spot for a spare, hence this situation. Allen and his colleague (sorry! I can't remember her name!) from Walmart made a bummer road trip layover an easy fix. They matched the tire on the car with a new one and had it changed and ready in under an hour while I checked out of the nearby hotel. I didn't know Walmart had these services and boy was I grateful for the early 7 am start, the courteous expert service they both gave and the reliability that comes from this big box store.

We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. In the end, the original problem was never fixed, yet we were still expected to pay. We felt misled and rushed off without a resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for honest communication and proper repairs.
