I bought a Honda Pilot from them 3 weeks ago. They told my husband and I they were giving us enough on our trade-in to pay off the current loan on our Prius ($8300). They specifically said they couldn't come down on the price of the Pilot (even though it was worth significantly less than the sticker price) because they were giving us such a great deal on the Prius trade-in. This is the only reason we accepted the deal because the MSRP on the Pilot was less than what they were selling it to us for. A couple weeks later, I am looking back at the paperwork and realize that something didn't add up. While it looked as if they were giving us the full amount on our Prius ($8300), they actually rolled it to our new loan and only gave us $2500 trade-in allowance which is far less than the Prius is worth. They basically stole $5800 from us while making us think we were getting a good deal. When we spoke with the manager about this, of course he gives the generic answer that there's nothing he can do.
