    The staff was wonderful!! Our Can Am was making a strange noise. Took it in and was diagnosed and fixed the next day!

    Great dealership!…read more What I liked: Everything about this place. We went to the Knoxville Boat Show to buy two PWC's. After looking at everything available we decided on Wave Runners. The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them. It's obvious that this business is about people as much as Motor Sports. What I didn't like: Absolutely nothing to add here. Great business, great service and great people.

I don't work there anymore though, so I can respond to this. Xbroker I. lied completely in his review for everyone's information. He came and stood IN LINE right beside the guy that was standing at the parts counter while the girl was doing paperwork on the other side of the BUILDING. She stepped into help (BY THE WAY SHES GORGEOUS-the guy is 500 lbs, way too old to be acting the way he was) and apologized profusely only for him to berate her and yell at her and call her a c*nt. The gentleman who followed him out to his car was genuinely protecting that tiny girl from a 500 lb maniac trying to jump the counter to get to her. Probably angry because he's mean for no reason, and fatter than the day is long. So he wanted to yell and try to jump over the counter and attack a young woman, but when a man follows him out making sure he doesn't "he was just a 65 year old helpless old man"? LOL no.. he just wants y'alls empathy for something he should not be getting it for. He harassed a YOUNG lady, and once someone steps up awwww poor him. No, he's terrible and deserved worse treatment. The only treatment he got was kind, and when he responded with violence and calling her a c*nt, he was made to leave by a man. He should've gotten decked and would in the real world but got kicked out for his behavior. He's also lying about the total. EVERY SINGLE SHOP both with cars and motorsports has a shop minimum. That minimum was half an hour, so it was 50+ tax. The girl in question doesn't set the price, idiot. Get the hell over it grandpa that's anywhere, welcome to the world the cost has risen since 1492 when your ancient huge self was born. The cost at Tommy's was LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than those shops around us. In fact, I called around to shops all over TN one day to compare our pricing, and it was hands down, by far, the best prices in TN. With all that being said, I urge you to go look at this 500 lb maniacs yelp page(XBroker I.)--- he has NEVER left a positive review. Just an old, fat, grumpy man that wants to be an asshole to everyone he meets, and likely tries to get free stuff with his horrendous behavior. He's actively making the world a darker place. Stop rewarding people for sh*tty behavior--you end up with folks like this man. NONE OF XBROKER I STUFF IS TRUE AND HAVE LITERAL PROOF OF IT BEING FALSE.     They were supposed to pick up ATV today. No word so called and was told they would call next week…read moreto schedule an appointment. Poor communication

    Called to ask turn around time, told 2-3 days if it just a check fluid and and oil change. A week…read more and a day or two for repairs. Dropped it off on Monday for fluids check, oil change and front differential leak. Friday, was told they were waiting on parts to come in and it needed a idle sensor and differential seals. On Monday (a week later) Walter said the parts were in. Called again on Saturday (almost two weeks later) and was told the parts came in Friday and will start on it first thing Monday. Called on Tuesday (almost 2 1/2 weeks later) and told them I would be there in an hour to pick up my 4 wheeler ready or not. Got a bill for $409.34 for a replaced idler sensor (149.99), oil change ($73.47) for oil, filter and service. Electronic diagnosis ($10) and 2 hours of service ($150.), plus $25.88 in tax. Guess what, they never got to the front differential and wanted to know if I wanted the new parts (which they had) I refused them, paid the bill and took it elsewhere where it will be done in two days. It was excuse after excuse but I believe the problem was they don't have a qualified tech mechanic capable of major repairs on site after Walter said he needed more mechanical help. (more like experienced mechanical help). I have bought my 4 wheelers there under the previous owner and was always happy with the service under Charlie (who is no longer there). There is NO communication between Polaris and customers as to what they found wrong, what next or when it will be ready unless you call them you are forgotten. Never another penny for service, parts or new 4 wheeler from me. You lost a customer by your inability to communicate and be up front and honest as to why things weren't done or when they would be done.
