I made multiple trips to this place to pick up parts since live only about an hour away. They tried to charge me a "handling fee" of app $12.00 for each order. I refused to pay and it took nearly 30 minutes of waiting for them to remove the charge. I tried to purchase an entire interior kit for my 66 Impala. After comparing their prices with Classic Industries for the same kit, they weren't even close in price comparison. Their minimum freight charge even on a small USPS size package was over $40.00 (smallest box). I won't say I'll never purchase from them again, but they will be my last resort ! This place is a joke. I ordered a complete interior kit for my 65 Impala SS. When I ordered the kit, there was one piece on backorder, the rear seat buns. When I got my interior kit the rear deck shelf piece was folded and bent into three pieces. I called and it was resent, same results. Ordered a third time, again the same results. I ended up making my own rear package tray. Next big issue, sun visors. My kit was to have complete sun visors. My kit contained the cut out material for the visors. Called Brianna, well the is a supplier problem, send me pictures. So pictures was sent. I got an email saying that my new complete sun visors was on the way. They came in, they were aqua in color, my interior is black. So here we go again. Rear interior sail panels, incomplete panels, bent and damaged, raw edges and they were not glued to the backing. I called again, the second set sent out was as bad as the first. The third set I was sent, I ended up buying glue and fixing them. After eight months and counting, I am still missing the rear seat buns, chrome trim for the bucket seats and rear view mirror support. The resent email I received from Hubbards was that the parts are in route on a container ship... Save yourself a bunch on head aches and frustration. Buy your stuff some place else. My advise is do not purchase from this company. I placed an order with them and the delivery time kept going back. They then accepted that I needed to cancel the order. That was 2 months ago and they have still not refunded me the money. They have not given any reason for the delay and now ignore emails from me. They are either incompetent or dishonest. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE!!! On February 26th we ordered a few parts from this vendor and was told under 2 weeks shipping time. Over a month later the parts were still not received and when contacted, they couldn't disclose an expected ship date. This vendor clearly did not have the parts and made no efforts to update us on the estimated time of shipping or delivery. So we cancelled the order. After we cancelled the order we have called 8 different times regarding the refund. It is now September 4th and we still have not received the refund. Specifically we have spoken with Mary & Kim both numerous time and neither of them seem to care about refunding or simply do not know how. This company will take your money, not deliver any product or service and keep your money when you ask for a refund. Do Not Trust Them! We have waited over 6 months for a refund and are left with no other choice but to write this review to warn future customers. read more

Here's an update from parts ordered April 2020. We call 1 week ago Mitsy provides us a fed ex shipping number and says our panels were finally shipper 10/12. Tracking number says package delivered on 10/20. Weird nothing received. After 1 week of chasing this package we call Mary again lovely old miserable lady that answers phones here. She says she will email her fed ex rep because it shows they delivered this package. After she sends the email she then stops us and says we requested a charge back 7/7/21 money was refunded to our credit card. She can't provide us a consumers any verification of the refund, and refuses to provide us the last 4 numbers on the card it was issued. (No Credit card was used) confirmed and filed a dispute with our bank after they confirm payment was taken and never replaced. Funny that this refund was placed once our reviews were reported here and BBB. I will be suing this company and will allow this feed back at every car show and event until they are out of business. *WARNING*WARNING* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is not what it used to be. I have ordered parts from them several times, however they are going down hill fast. I ordered a quarter panel last February, I was told it would take a month to come in. So I waited, and waited, and waited. After 3-months of waiting with no part, I requested a refund. I have been requesting said refund for the last three months. Nothing but lies from the staff about it. Nothing but stall tactics and rude behavior when I call. I have been told three times they processed the credit. ALL LIES!!!!! I understand there have been supply chain issues but this company goes way beyond that. I was even told last Monday they had processed my return on my card, when I asked for proof, like a confirmation number or an emailed copy of credit back....they hung up on me. Do not expect your part or your money back from this company. I have contacted the NC State Attorney regarding this matter, and they said that I am not the only one they have heard complaints from recently. I am also bring suit in court against them. I would never recommend doing business with this company! I ordered a part for my impala, 3 weeks later I call to find out what the hold up is, and they tell me it isn't in stock, but they are waiting on a shipment from a supplier, and it will be in soon. A month later still no part, so I call and they tell me the manufacture had problems and to just be patient. Several calls later and 6 months and I never received my part. I called and requested a refund, and they keep giving me the run around so far. They assured me I would receive a refund, that was 4 weeks ago. Called back again, Then there was an issue processing the refund so they needed to send me a check for my refund. Just called back after being assured of that 2 weeks ago, and now cant even get anybody on the line! This is the company you are dealing with, save yourself the headache and go through classic industries or another Impala parts company, Believe me the catchy price is definitely not worth the headache in the end! read more

Hubbards customer service is unfavorable. They only care about the money and not about the customers needs or concerns. I've had two separate issues. The first issue, I placed and order and asked the rep to contact the vendor to assure the parts were in stock, in which the rep confirmed. 5 weeks later I did not receive a phone call or even an email to advised the items are on back order. I had to constantly call and inquire about the delay. Every time I called they responded " It's not our fault". That is the worst thing you can say to a consumer. The second issue and order was when I called to order a part to assure I would receive by a specific date. Bo the sales rep confirmed I would receive it by Saturday if I pay extra for 2-day shipping. I stayed home all day Saturday and it never arrived. After reviewing the order Bo never shipped 2 day as he charged me for. He didn't even place the order until the following day (Friday). The package was ordered on a Thursday, requested 2 day shipping and didn't arrive until late Tuesday. I called to request to speak with a superiors and he transferred the call to "James Hubbard" the owner. He was extremely prude, arrogant and down right rude. I would think twice before doing business with Hubbard's, if you need to pay a little more to shop elsewhere, I'm sure you will have your parts on time and better customer service. read more

ordered a door skin for my 59 impala a month and a half ago. a month ago Mary Foushee at extension 621 told me it was ordered but on backorder. The 4 emails after that were ignored by Mary. Now I am being told the door skin was ordered 2 weeks ago and they don't know why. Not sure why I was lied to. Today I am trying to get ahold of a supervisor and Mary along with Chris at ext. 618 keep putting me on hold for long periods of time hoping I hang up and then it goes to Mary's voice mail. I placed a order for a 4 door 71 impala weather stripping. I was told I would have it by Tuesday April 10th. The order was placed on July 3rd. The entire order was for $513.25 only to be waiting for my order not to be received because it's parts on back order and I was not told so. So instead of me being notified, I had to call and find out on my own! And the lady who did the sale came off as arrogant to me on the phone being I wanted to cancel the entire order. Do not buy anything from this company. They are a middleman, which isn't bad until you are waiting weeks for your parts that are not coming! My husband ordered a hood and 2 quarter panels, they had the hood but not the panels so unless I paid separate shipping I had to wait. I was told 3-4 weeks so we waited.... My husband had to call them as they didn't tell us anything and ignored our emails. He always talked to Mary on the phone who was nice enough but clearly was just jerking us around! We canceled our order and put in for a refund. After waiting at least 3 days we contacted our bank and they got our money back. These people are not to be trusted, I wish we had read the reviews first! Stay away! Very poor customer service I ordered parts And they were on back order she said they will be in by the end of the week. When I called to check my back order 3 WEEKS LATER the lady that answered the phone couldn't help me because she didn't place the order. I just wanted to check to see when my back orders would arrive. She sent me to the Ladies voicemail That had taken my order. I was on hold for 20 minutes and left her a message to please call me back. She never called me back....so the next day I call back. Now the lady that took my order is at a car show for the next 2 days. I let the lady on the phone know she never called me back. She still would not check my back order or even cancel my order.
