I purchased several parts from Ausley's at the 2025 fall Carlisle (paid cash). I carried what I…read morecould to my truck then returned with my wagon to get the rest. One of the crew working there "helped " me load the rest of my purchases in my wagon. When I began loading my truck I noticed the box containing my Dash panel purchase was empty. I absolutely believe this was intentional. I returned to the trailer with the empty box ready to call the police. The table setup that previously contained a single dash panel for A/C cars now also had a non A/C panel like the one I purchased. As a former member of the law enforcement community the behavior of the crew when I returned was all I needed to confirm my suspicions. They took the non A/C panel from the display table and put it in my empty box. I brushed it off as a " honest mistake " and got the heck out of there. I will never do business with Ausley's again.

Went and purchased and engine last week for my Toyota Tacoma. When I went to pick up the engine, I…read morerealized it was badly damaged in the front. The oil pan was also dented, which Steve had previously informed me about. Upon paying for the engine I tried to turn it over by hand, finding that it would only turn half a turn before it would stop. Steve let me know that they would take care of it if it continued to be an issue, and that they would replace the motor with a different one. I call them to get another motor, and I drive and and hour and half to their wrecking yard and they have a motor waiting for me that is covered in and inch of grease and rusted so bad that the edges of the head gasket were rusting into the block. The motor was in very poor shape as if it had 300,000 miles. Compared to the original engine I purchased that was supposed to have 105,000 miles. And cost me $1,000. Given this, I did not want the junk motor they wanted to give me as a replacement as it was no where near the condition of the first motor I received. They refused to give me my full refund. They charged me a 100 dollar restocking fee even though they weren't able to provide me with a comparable replacement motor. This is a dishonest way to do business. Be cautious when buying parts from this wrecking yard, they care more about their profits than making it right for their customers. This was a huge waste of my time, and cost me money in both fuel and their "restocking" fee.

Got a jump and drove straight to O'Reilly Auto Parts where I met Khaleb. He told me not to worry- he'd get my car all set. He got me a new battery and I was shocked to learn that the old battery he took out was the original manufacturer battery in my 2014 Mustang! The terminals had major corrosion on them and Khaleb cleaned them and installed the new battery. I was good to go! It was nice to end the day with getting a problem with my car resolved so easily by such a friendly, courteous and personable associate.
