I would highly recommend as meeting space with clients, conferences, team meetings etc. The operations manager Jeremy is a shining example of what makes this place great! Each visit is met with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. Jeremy is efficient and knowledgeable, answering questions quickly and effectively. Jeremy is also proactive, anticipating needs and offering solutions. His professionalism and positive attitude makes a significant difference in the overall experience at this office. Jeremy's dedication to exceptional customer service is truly appreciated. Jeremy was so kind to help me find my car when I somehow got turned around in the parking lot. Overpriced, noisy, bogus charges. Bad experience overall…read more Office walls are paper thin, it's very loud through out and all day long. I was clear with the lease agent that I do podcasting and need a quiet office. "We've never had a noise issue" I was told. I should have asked the neighbors, they would have attested to how loud it is. I couldn't get any of my core duties done. They charge excessive fees, will hold your deposit for 60 days when normal is 18 days in CAL. Bottom line it's an over priced space. I also got charged $200 for cleaning a tiny 10 x 10 office that was perfectly clean when I left. They charged me anyway because "they can, it's in your contract"! That's their attitude once you are bound by contract. Just don't judge this book by it's cover, it isn't what it seems at this Westlake Village Location. Nice entry, but once you are in you are stuck! As with most leasing agents they are all smiles and sound accommodating, but after the contract is inked, that all ends. There are better locations in town where you get a lot more, there's more flexibility, quieter and they aren't greedy like Premier was with me. Date of experience: December 30, 2022

My law firm has been a tenant of the Barrister's Westlake Office suite since the fall of 2007. They…read morehave done a great job for us. They have provided excellent, professional, and friendly office staff to answer our telephones, greet our clients and visitors, receive and distribute our mail, and to receive and provide us with our packages that were delivered to us from delivery services. The manager who is assigned to our suite has been very responsive to our needs. Their office telephone system enables us to receive and respond to telephone messages 24 hours a day. If we are out of the office for a prolonged period of time, the Barrister's office staff can provide us with a daily written summary of our telephone messages for easy review. There are three conference rooms and one private office in the suite that can be reserved and used to meet with clients and visitors. The common areas of the Westlake Office building have recently been upgraded. They are well maintained and very professional in appearance. There is ample free parking for clients and visitors. Barrister's also has many other office locations throughout Southern California where their private offices and conference rooms can be reserved and used to conduct business at those locations. We are very pleased with the office space we rent from them. We highly recommend Barrister's Executive Suites for your office needs.

I've been a practicing lawyer for 13 years and I've worked at over a dozen different offices during that time, and I've never felt more at home as I have at my office in Westlake Village. The parking is free and plentiful, there is a master conference room that can accommodate any type of meeting or deposition, along with two other, smaller conference rooms, a kitchen with drinking water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a large fridge, and vending machines, as well a copy room with two heavy-duty copier/scanners, including one that prints and scans in color. There are usually three receptionists on duty during business hours to answer the phones and greet clients and other visitors, and they're always extremely friendly and helpful. If I have ever had any special requests or issues with the office during the past seven years, I've always dealt directly with the Suite Manager, Ashley H., and she has not only always taken care of any of my special requests or issues, but she has been attentive, prompt, and always incredibly professional. She is definitely a major reason why I've always been satisfied with Barrister Executive Suites as my office and answering service provider!

I found OfficeLocale and decided to give them a try. Little did I know that this was a one stop shop not just for printing services, but you also get an office space you can rent, P.O. Boxes, and amazing customer service. The owner, Zee, is very informative and charismatic. Has a lot of products to offer that are unique and also standards in the industry. If I'm ever in Thousand Oaks again and need to get any printing services done, I'm coming to OfficeLocale!

I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place…read morebecause they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.
