During his visit with Dr. Lavi he insisted he get new blood work to confirm his diagnosis yet failed to submit the right order. The office acknowledged their mistake but said the doctor refused to put in the correct order because my husband had been approved to see a podiatrist (for an unrelated issue) so he recommended he have the podiatrist treat him for gout. When I called member service to report him they disclosed the doctor had no notes about gout in his file. He failed to do his job in every way.

With Dr. Goff, I am actually looking forward to keeping up to date with any necessary check-ups. She put me at ease as soon as she walked in the door. She has a very kind and welcoming presence, she really listened to me and showed that she was genuinely concerned with, not just making sure I'm "healthy" on paper but making sure that I feel good both physically and emotionally. It is clear that she takes the name of her medical group, Healthcare Partners, seriously and treats the doctor/patient relationship as a partnership. We can fit you in next month... I come to rely on going to urgent care and getting faster care than at this office! Unfortunately you cannot receive follow up care or more in depth testing at urgent care or the emergency department and this can be interpreted as medical neglect and should be filed against the medical board and insurance companies. It's asinine to be unable to procure adequate care from this physician in a timely manner. By the time you secure an appointment you probably will be over said illness and he'll look at you condescendingly and ask you why are you even here for? If you're not sick anymore.

I was released from the hospital the next day and was only given half of the prescriptions I needed. I was told to call his office and when I did, was told he had left on vacation and to contact the Hospital I had been in. When you're really sick and dependant on someone else to help you... it's scary. Dr. Terrazzino made me feel at ease in the hospital, but afterward, not being able to get the prescriptions needed made me feel scared and alone. Also, he was wrong about my diagnosis, so as sweet as he is, I'll avoid him in the future.
