I was quoted the same day, however I was not aware that on certain tables & chairs you can not pick up, they must be delivered. So when I spoke to Kahsha Alford she only told me the chairs I selected I could not pick up. I said okay I will select other chairs. I did select new chairs and she told me she would send me a new quote to sign and pay. This was on Friday. I never received the new quote and I thought well she probably is gone for the day, so I waited on Monday and received nothing. I called Monday afternoon and left a message I didn't receive a call back. On Tuesday no new quote or no call back so I called and left another message and nothing so Tuesday afternoon I called again and left another message. She finally called me back and said they did not have my tables and what they had was smaller and they weren't even the same size! What she didn't tell me is the original ones I requested had to be delivered also I said you didn't tell me that and she said well yes they do need to be delivered. I said so you're telling me I need to go with smaller round tables that are not even the same size. She says yes unless I want rectangle and I said no I didn't want those. I said so you're telling me they only have 4 tables in different sizes left. I was very upset and said this could have been avoided if you would have sent me the new quote. She tried to blame it on my email. She dropped the ball and was not taking the blame! Luckily my daughter found someone else and they are 400.00 cheaper for the chairs & tables I originally wanted and delivery is only 75.00 to fulshear Texas! Long story short Aztec is ridiculous on pricing and my sales person needs to take a class on customer service and make sure she does not drop the ball again and blame the customer! What mattered most is that Racine answered my call promptly. I had given him very short notice. It was a Friday and I needed the chairs for Sunday. He was able to help me out. He was pleasant and professional. I only needed a few chairs. What was really nice is that Racine allowed me to pick up the chairs and return them. These were the fan back folding chairs. They were in good condition and were good quality chairs. I had contacted another company twice and they never responded. So, when Racine answered the phone and said yes and walked me through what to do, I really appreciated it. I returned the chairs on Monday in the same good quality. I highly recommend Diamond Events Rentals. I will use them again and will tell all my friends about them.

I rented 200 chairs for a Saturday event. We were told chairs had to be dropped off on a Friday and…read morepicked up on a Monday...no problem. I scheduled delivery time frames with the venue and I thought that would be it...it was not! The chairs were delivered 3 hours later than the scheduled time frame. If the employee at the venue was not willing to stay past closing time, we would not have chairs for our event. When I arrived on Saturday, the (white) chairs were filthy! Mind you, it was an all white affair. They only sent someone to clean the chairs at my request. That person arrived 30 min prior to the start of the event and was still there when my guest started to arrive. He could not get all of the chairs cleaned. When I tried to speak to the owner about getting a refund of some sort, I was told the chair only had scuffs (that was not true)! Not once were the owners apologetic nor did they try to suggest solutions. I will never use this company again. They were only interested in making excuses for all of their short comings like "delivers can get pretty busy" and "the chairs are not brand new, they will have scuffs."

The thing that gets me i told when I booked it would not be available after 6 p.m. on Friday and you still attempted the delivery on Friday although I booked for Saturday. Again cool but what was not cool you setting up a molded tent in my yard for guess to sit under and didn't have the decency to call me in fact I called yall back to back and calls were ignored. In fact I called from several lines just to see if you guys would answer. Sent text on Sunday no answer called on monday morning no answer. Called from my husband phone boom you answer. We live and same neighborhood and you couldn't be neighborly enough to come get this molded ass tent out my yard. So I was at the point because winds were high and tent was rising i was going to let the shyt blow away. Your husband finally told my husband he was on the way. When spoken to him about partial refund due to mold on tent he dismissed it and said I would need to speak with his wife. Michelle saw it and immediately went to grab a sewing needle and thread to repair it for me!! She saved the day!!! Techland saved the day also as I got what I needed to replenish my face paint kit for the upcoming busy weekend!! While I was in the store, several customers came in for renting costume from Costumeworx which is part of Techland. Michelle was able to directly to customers of there the costume they were looking for right away from hundreds of costumes there!
