My friends at HTML PRO are OUTSTANDING!. My marketing team worked hand in hand with HTML Pro and the results were just incredible. We provided hig res photoshop pictures and the PRO team applied them accordingly. We wanted to convert our current website so that can be able to make changes on the fly. We wanted to promote our online courses with paid ads on Google, Facebook, and Linkedin. We were looking for a professional but affordable company that can create and manage ad campaigns for us. We were looking at other reviews (also on Clutch) which was not a good idea, I may say completely wrong because we feel they are mostly FAKE. We wanted to set up a clear ads strategy, let HTML Pro create and run our campaigns. 3 people from the vendor were involved. The outcome was ZERO! We've spent 2 months, paid 1,798 USD and our experience with HTML Pro was a nightmare. It was not just a waste of time but a waste of money too. The only "achievements" within two months time were: 1. Setting up Basecamp as an online collaboration tool 2. Dozens of e-mails sent back and forward 3. Two short video calls 4. Reminding us to pay the bills, while we paid already 5. Two shocking cheap examples of how Ads could look like 6. Fixing one little bug in our Google Analytics account Within 2 months' time, the HTML Pro Team was not able to set up our accounts on Facebook nor on Linkedin. No FB Pixel, No Linkedin Insight-Tag was installed nor working. Within 2 months' time, and spending 1,800 USD, the vendor still didn't understand our corporate identity, nor our strategy, nor our needs, no nothing. After two months we've stopped wasting our time and money. We've asked for a 50% refund because they didn't even achieve the first-month work promised. They refused it! We feel like we've been SCAMMED. read more

I want to share a tremendously positive service experience that we had with HTML Pro. In advance of the Memorial Day weekend and an anticipated and highly advertised sales promotion, the connectivity between WooCommerce and PayPal was not working properly. Given that this problem was identified early Friday evening of the pending holiday weekend, we were certain that this programming problem would not be able to be addressed until the following Tuesday, at which time we would have missed an entire weekend of sales to our loyal clients. We reached out to the team at HTML Pro, and they responded promptly and with great professionalism. Within an hour of our initial email message, the team at HTML Pro had the problem resolved and we were "back in business". I was recommended this service through a web company I was working with on creating a new web design for my Cratejoy page. They unfortunately were close to using up my budget and behind schedule, so we decided to use HTML Pro to develop the page they had already designed. HTML Pro seemed to be a legitimate service with a very affordable price, so we went with them and I'm so happy I did! I saved so much money and it only took a couple weeks to get it live on my website. Hamid has been so great with responding to all my emails in a timely manner. I did not have any problems with them while they were working. It's also nice to know they'll be taking care of me for the next month (after it launched) if I run into any problems. I've used HTML Pro now for 4 of my companies and only have amazing things to say about them! I've used them for work on 2 different Wordpress websites and 2 different Shopify sites. I consider myself a pro when it comes to working on Shopify/Wordpress, but I've encountered problems that I was unable to resolve. Every time this has occurred, I've reached out to HTML Pro and not only did they fix/solve my issues, but they did so fast and at extremely affordable rates. (And even explained what the issue was and how they resolved it!) Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they are extremely trustworthy (I give them access to FTP/Admin of my websites without thinking twice).
