We…read morehad to wait the full 30 days for our security deposit (not sure if the owner actually mailed it within 30 days) and only got updates after repeatedly calling and texting. The excuse? The owner went to Korea for a planned 3-month trip but returned early because "work wasn't going well." If he had stayed, would we not have received our deposit at all? The owner's personal travel plans should have no effect on our legal right to a timely return, as required by Georgia law. What made it worse was the attitude. Sunny told us we'd understand "once we become homeowners"--a comment we found condescending and irrelevant, especially since we have been homeowners. Daniel Lee was also slow to respond and dismissive, hiding behind legal language instead of offering clear communication. After my father spoke with them, they did apologize but the unprofessionalism and stress we went through were unacceptable. We expected better from a company we once trusted.

I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

"Working with Ashton Ballard to manage our long-distance move from Massachusetts to Georgia was an…read moreabsolute dream. Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

It is almost 90 degrees outside so we are very uncomfortable. The one conversation we had, we were told it was not an emergency because we didn't have a baby. Our entire experience with the company has been poor. Their lease is ridiculous and borderline egregious, as are most places so that we could get past. But that coupled with terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE, service makes it just not worth it. If you have any other options I highly recommend going with a different company. Tenants who pay their rent on-time and never have any issues should be able to get their AC fixed asap. Very dissapointed.
