They created a banner video, and introduction video with me and my team, a testimonial video, and a short sales video for one of our landing pages for the Google Ads we do. The quality and professionalism of his work is unmatched. They did drone footage coming over the Sunrise Bridge and over to our building, in office action footage to have in the background, and he even came back the next day to get some additional outdoor footage while the lighting was optimal. They truly went above and beyond. He even had a teleprompter the help me through the script. The editing they did was remarkable as well. I would have expected to pay 10 times as much as they charged for the quality we received. Had the opportunity to work with Orlando this past Sunday. Let me first say, this will be a 2 part…read morereview. I felt it important to at least get the initial one out there before my schedule causes me to forget. Orlando is everything every single one of the previous reviews says he is. A true professional, and an individual that understands customer service. I think Orlando can be comfortable with any personality and he has the cool, calm, patient demeanor to handle any situation. I spent countless hours looking for someone I felt experienced enough but not burned out, to handle the list of photographs I wanted done, exhausting my entire social media contact list and all referrals. Multiple bad experiences over the years have made me reluctant to hire a photographer to do what (I felt) my Samsung, some filters, and Walgeen's could do with far less expense and a greater potential for satisfaction in the end result. From his choice of a very convenient outdoor location, down to the poses and configurations, he took in to consideration the list of shots I wanted and ran with it, adding his own flair and experience to mix. We had to deal with a very crowded public shooting location, several "deposits" from the local wildlife, and some of the wildlife wanting to be a part of the shoot. Through all of that, he remained efficient and on task, working with the ever changing conditions. I'm not easily impressed as I am a D.I.Y. type person and in most situations, I end up feeling like I could have done a better job myself. That was not the case with Orlando. He made me feel at ease and gave me the rare feeling of value for the money spent. Thank you Orlando. You have earned a customer for life. Anyone out there with reservations about photographers need not worry here. You will not be disappointed with the decision to use Orlando Dalisay Photography. Part 2 coming soon once the photos are chosen and printed. 6/22/18 *** Update as promised. The pictures are just as amazing as the service. Quality paper, nicely cut and smooth edges. We did a combination shoot for family pictures in addition to senior pictures and promotion pictures. We needed the senior pics back quickly for our senior to distribute to friends before school ended. He made it happen!!!!! We then ordered a batch of photos for our own family. They were amazing. We made an order for extended family. Now, we are on the 4th order, this one being a large canvas. Really looking forward to seeing the final result on that. Orlando has been so easy to work with and flexible with all of our requests. I couldn't refer a better person to work with if I tried. 5 plus star transaction from start to finish.

We set up a time and date and Orlando asked if we had any idea of a location to take the photos. I was unsure and he suggested Lands End in San Francisco. When we arrived, it was overcast and a little foggy but Orlando reassured us that it was the perfect environment to get great shots. We then headed to the Cypress Tress where he got some candid shots of my girlfriend and I along with our son. We did our poses for the actual pictures then did an outfit change. We walked down towards a little cave close to the edge of the area and took more candid's and more photos. All in all, it was a pleasure working with Orlando. He is very professional, and knows his trade. We received our proofs a week later and all I can say is WOW!!! They all came out amazing. Thank you Orlando!

From the moment we booked with Elegant Events Media, my husband and I knew we had made one of the…read morebest decisions for our wedding. Having a true one-stop shop for our photographer, videographer, DJ, and officiant made the entire wedding planning process so much easier and significantly reduced the stress that comes with coordinating multiple vendors. One of the things we loved most was that, even though everyone worked under the same company, we were still able to choose the specific professionals we wanted from their roster of talent. It gave us the perfect balance of convenience and personalization. We were fortunate to have Andrea as our photographer, Hai as our videographer, DJ Tri as our DJ and MC, and Brad as our officiant--and every single one of them exceeded our expectations. Andrea was absolutely amazing to work with. She was creative, patient, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, captured every meaningful moment so naturally, and was always one step ahead in anticipating the perfect shot. Our wedding photos turned out so beautifully and brings us to happy tears. We cannot wait to cherish these photos for the rest of our lives. Hai did an incredible job capturing the details, emotions and special moments throughout our day. He was extremely professional, creative, knew how to get the best footage/lighting, and somehow managed to document everything without ever feeling intrusive. We fully trusted Hai in documenting our wedding day. We are confident that our wedding film that Hai produces will allow us to relive the magic of our special day for years to come. DJ Tri completely understood the vibe we wanted for our wedding. We hired a string quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and DJ Tri provided his own sound system in order to amplify their music. For the reception, he kept the energy exactly where it needed to be, and transitioned the music we requested so well throughout the evening (from island reggae, to country music, to hip hop). He also kept the timeline running smoothly and made every transition feel seamless. Brad was the perfect officiant for our wedding. He delivered a meaningful ceremony that felt personal, genuine, and truly reflected us as a couple. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was. What stood out most about Elegant Events Media was how seamlessly everyone worked together. There was clear communication, coordination, and teamwork throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our vendor team was already familiar with one another and worked so well together. Our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more, and each member of our EEM team played such an important role in making it so magical. We are incredibly grateful to Elegant Events Media for helping create memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you're looking for talented professionals, exceptional service, and an stress-free planning experience, we cannot recommend Elegant Events Media highly enough.

That's the TL;DR, but if you're a bride planning a wedding, I'm sure you'll want the full review: The process started with a video call so we could get to know each other. I was originally planning not to have a videographer at all (and considering asking a family member or friend with some video production experience to record our wedding), so I had a lot of questions while comparing different options. Myke took the time to answer every one of them and immediately put my mind at ease. From our first conversation, it was clear that he genuinely cared about his couples and their experience. What really set Myke apart was his personality and professionalism. Anyone can point a camera at an event, and any experienced professional should be able to produce a quality video, but Myke brought an extra level of comfort and ease to the day. My husband and I are both uncomfortable in front of cameras and generally dislike having our photos taken. We knew we wanted to document the day, but we were worried about feeling awkward or overly staged. Myke made the entire experience feel natural and effortless. After the wedding, I quickly realized how grateful I was that we had invested in videography. The day goes by so fast, and I was so focused on holding back tears and keeping myself composed that I couldn't remember every word from the ceremony and speeches. Being able to relive those moments has been priceless. We originally opted for just the highlights video, but shortly after the wedding, I reached out to Myke about upgrading to the full package. He was incredibly flexible and accommodating, and despite the added work, he still delivered everything right on the timeline he originally estimated (about a month after our wedding). The delivery process was seamless. Our videos were uploaded to an online platform that made viewing, downloading, and providing feedback incredibly easy. We had a few edit requests after reviewing the initial versions, and the platform allowed us to leave timestamped comments directly on the video. Myke was patient, understanding, and quick to make the requested changes. Most importantly, the final films were beautiful. Myke captured the genuine emotion, personality, and atmosphere of our wedding day. Watching the videos feels like experiencing the day all over again, not just for us, but for our family and friends as well. We wholeheartedly recommend Myke/Focus Video to any couple considering wedding videography. If you're on the fence about whether you need a wedding video, take it from someone who almost skipped it, you'll be incredibly thankful to have those memories preserved.
