This is a follow up review from what I gave 3 years ago my case is going to trial. It took so long…read moreto get this far not because of Wilshire but because there was enough parties in the accident that required a closer look into details apparently and I am still satisfied with Wilshire Law Firm in General. I can't say too much about my case but I need to address a small concern. I just finished my deposition a few weeks ago and haven't been contacted yet to go over transcripts and what generally follows in regards to industry standard follow up after being deposed. I have been difficult to reach at times so there's no blame. The team kept me well informed of the process in the past and the law firm has kept me informed of key dates. I see lots of negative reviews here but it seems like these are made with a somewhat ungrounded realistic expectation of what Wilshire has agreed to do for clients in practice and for how much or how long this process actually takes. Everything is in writing and if there was a discrepancy I would hope a client would go to the bar instead of yelp. If there was a concern is great enough and has merit it should be voiced there first to be considered in a peer review process. It gives the law firm a chance to prove that they had no intention of causing harm on purpose. Sometimes these things are so unique that no matter what attorney you chose your satisfaction could not have been a guarantee. But it's a cute phrase.

~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

This week my connection started dropping at least 50% of packets. I called right away on Wednesday morning at 9am. They said the ONT needed to be replaced and that they would ship one out to me that day and that I should expect it the next day. I asked if I could pick it up, or any other option to not be down for a day and they said there wasn't. They shipped the ONT UPS Ground Saver from Santa Rosa, it won't be here until Friday at 9pm at the earliest so I called back twice and they said there was nothing they would do to help me. They also said that if the ONT doesn't resolve the issue I would have to wait for a tech appointment which would be another few days. --- Update: Sonic came through and dispatched a great technician, Guillermo, today who brought a new ONT and did extra work to make sure everything was working. I'm back online and very happy again.

John, the videographer, was able to bring to life the feel and esthetic of our venue. It is fun and playful but still kept it incredibly sincere. I couldn't be more satisfied! Isabelle, the photographer, sent me the most beautiful romantic photos I've ever seen. Really gave us that perfect twilight that we (well... I) had always dreamed of. The two of them make an incredible team and I can't wait to watch how their careers progress! I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. As a bonus, the studio is conveniently located next to an amazing deli, which was perfect for grabbing a bite during the session. There is plenty of parking and the studio vibe is chill.
