On the day of the wedding Megan was pleasantly efficient, which is EXACTLY what you want when faced with a sprawling woodland venue, a tight timeline, and a large family to wrangle. Megan's cheery personality and hyper-organized plan allowed us to relax knowing that we could enjoy the event fully while she captured the day. She knew the venue intimately and made sure we took advantage of the most beautiful locations and light. We had a few specific shots that we requested (see: dapper dudes sock photo) which Megan made sure to capture. Beyond that, we trusted her to do her thing and I was so happy with the outcome. The result was a set of beautifully shot and varied photos that reflected the mood of the day and the care put into the event: dramatic fall landscapes, romantic nuzzles, ceremony emotion, reunions between family and friends, guests tearing up the dance floor, details of the bouquet and rings -- the list goes on. She was very quick to respond and it was clear she was organized with her scheduling. She was able to squeeze us in the second week of November. We scheduled just a little mini session, which ended up being perfect for what we needed. I just needed to update my girls pictures and get a nice family picture for a Christmas card. Traci was on time and she made me and my family feel comfortable immediately. It was an area she was familiar with and she had lots of suggestions for posing. Tracy emailed our photographs within a week! (It may have been four days?!) I was so impressed that I did not have to request our photographs, which I have had to do in the past with other photographers. I was able to order and send out Christmas cards by December 1!
