This place exceeded my expectations, and I'm so glad I decided to look into this place when I saw their new spot opened up inside of the mall. Their website is convenient, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Still, I decided to call ahead, and sure enough, the holiday package deal really is that good of a deal. Plus, the person who answered was friendly. I booked the snowy photoshoot with my boyfriend and dog. In about 20-30 minutes, they got around 160 pictures. Not only that, but they were incredibly personable and patient. Even though my dog is well-behaved, I truly saw how exhausting it can be (because it was for me!) having a distracted and tired dog in the photoshoot and they did a great job of being patient while still capturing great shots. The remainder of our appointment slot was spent narrowing down which pictures we wanted and what package and options we wanted. They told me the prints would be ready in three days. Sure enough, the pictures were ready in three days. They even counted Sunday into the three day count, so I wasn't expecting the pictures to be ready on a Tuesday. I must say, the price, timeliness and friendliness is what exceeded my expectations. I've had a photoshoot before with another unaffiliated photographer that cost hundreds of dollars and fell short. I would take this over the previous experience any day. On top of that, I have beautiful pictures that I'll be cherishing and sharing with others for a long time. Definitely book here! read more

My wife and I picked The Clubhouse at Rancho Solano in Fairfield as the venue to get married and hold our reception. They offered us a list of local vendors to help us narrow down our reach for the right photographer. We called everyone one on that list and found one that stood out the most, Valuable Exposure. When my wife and I met Francisco for the first time, we were amazed by his portfolio. We also couldn't believe his prices compared to the other photographers we met before him. He offered us an amazing deal that we couldn't refuse so we signed the contract and paid the deposit that night. During the day of the wedding, he came early along with his videographer to scope the venue and prep for the wedding ceremony and reception. He also worked well with our DJ to make sure they were ready to take pictures of all those special moments of our wedding. Francisco is really good about lighting and look advantage of the sunset. When it came time to seeing the final product, both my wife and I enjoyed the presentation and quality of the photos and video he made for us. The wedding movie box, CD of all the photos we picked and the Blu-ray movie looked really professional. Sadly, I was looking forward to taking pictures here but it did not go as planned. My children and I went to Arden and came across all the advertisement of a $20 photo session deal. We stopped by to check it out and it was beautiful in there, I let the lady know we would like to get pictures taken and how we saw the $20 deal for the session. She seemed to be open and communicative and said she could take us after the current one she was working on. We (myself and four littles including an infant) sat there at waited around 40 minutes which wasn't an issue. Once it was our turn she was quick to say "since you were a walk in it's not $20 it'll be an additional fee per each of 5 people in my group" why would you not bother to say that in the beginning before I waited here for 40 minutes? I told her I wish she would have informed me of that upon my arrival and not after I waited for 40 minutes to be seen with my small children. Definitely false advertisement and bad communication skills. I left unhappy with the lack of communication and customer service. I also called the owner to let him know of our experience. This should definitely be prevented in the future whether that be better communication and consideration for the customer or add in fine print on your advertisement posted everywhere "appointment required or additional fees apply" .... Something! It's the principle honestly. The owner seemed to have already gotten a heads up from her that I'd call ( I asked for his info from her) because when I voiced my concern he said he spoke to her. In the end after reiterating my frustration he said he can get me back in at 4pm with her but at that point we already left to go take pictures with Santa there instead and I was already frustrated with my experience and my littles were over waiting. We were not going to wait another hour and a half when we had already been there for a while and waited for her to do that. read more

Hired Francisco for a funeral ceremony on 9/3/21 for 2 1/2 hours. The pictures were finished and submitted to my family on 10/21/21 and the video on 10/25/21. PROS: Francisco was respectful and professional in person to our mourning family, arrived early to the ceremony for set-up, and explained his filming/picture technique during the process. CONS: COMMUNICATION! No updates were given unless I reached out to Francisco via email and cell. During the contract signing, project was estimated to be completed within a month (took longer). The requested drone shot was not imputed in the video as previously agreed. Lastly, I was charged for an extra USB +shipping when not requested or agreed upon. No response was given when I reached out about this miscommunication. In my experience, 3 stars for solid work but could use improvement! read more

Where to begin. This was a phenomenal and easy experience. I was a lead for planning an awards ceremony on the military base and needed a photo booth setup and looked to yelp for assistance. After researching a few places, I came across Francisco at Valuable Exposure. He was very professional and kept up with me as I was a complete mess throughout this process since I was swamped with doing my regular job and planning this event with over 400 people attending. The props available were fun and catchy - fun for all ages. The guest had a ball!! What really impressed me was his demeanor and patience in dealing with the children (who were clearly full of sugar...). Each photo included a superimposed image of the Newlyweds with the date. There were up to three poses available on each printout - That's right, he printed them out right on the spot. Every photo taken at the event is available on his website (for a limited time). We decided to get the whole package for our wedding, which was a good thing considering I only had one person to communicate to. Francisco the owner and his team did a great job, from communicating to tailoring with everyone while taking pictures after the ceremony. His team were patient, courteous and laid back especially with the ceremony on a 105 degree summer afternoon. With the photos, Francisco captured almost every detail, from the wedding dress to centerpieces to the throwing of the bouquet. As far as the photo booth goes, our guests had fun. The props are provided for already and everyone gets a printed copy right away or can be viewed online. With the video, provided is a 1 hour video with the speeches and all. Also in the package is a ceremony and reception highlight which together is about 10 min. I only wish that he included some of the vows and speeches on the highlight as I've seen in other wedding videos instead of it all being a background music. Also combine the highlights rather than having 2 separate highlights. Still, it turned out great! Maybe that's just how he does it, but if you want something specific, I advice you tell him ahead of time. He will tailor to your specific requests as he did to mines. Francisco and his team did a great job at our wedding. Our preview pictures looked absolutely beautiful!! The wedding was late July and I'll be reserving the full review until we receive our finalized pictures and video as it's been a few weeks and we haven't received any updates really no matter how often we reach out...we just want our pictures or even a timeline to when we might get them. Last time we heard from them was Oct 2nd with no reply to a follow up email we sent...will give 4 star review once we actually receive our product. For now I'll give 2 stars for communication.
