I was skeptical at first, and I thought I had really great/cheaper coverage with GEICO when doing my own research. However, Jeff patiently walked me through each line item and helped me shore up my auto coverage. He was persistent, responsive, and ultimately he helped us get great coverage with Mercury. I would recommend at least a phone call to Jeff when trying to find a cost-effective insurance bundle.

Tim had been my agent up until that time. The new agency was doing very little to help me. I kept calling Gaspar with questions. They did not have to help me. It's understandable; if I'm not their customer, why would I have any expectation of service. The receptionist, Marjorie, did a lot of digging to find answers for me. I was frustrated, so I am sure I was NOT fun to deal with. She took the time to go above and beyond. She really didn't have to. I imagine that kind of customer service is extended to their real clients.

I was introduced to Lynx Insurance through my wife after we got married and began looking for joint…read moreinsurance policies together. I had multiple carriers for my auto, motorcycle, and rental insurance but was pleasantly surprised that Lynx was able to find better pricing and higher coverage through their network of insurance providers. Ken not only patiently answered all of my questions but responded quickly with multiple coverage scenarios, pricing, and thoughtful recommendations. Mostly, I appreciated the personal experience and didn't feel like I was being sold on certain name brand policies only. In the end I changed most of my policies over through Lynx and just kept my motorcycle coverage in place, but if I have any questions or want to re-price any of our current policies Ken is quick to help. I would highly recommend Lynx for any of your insurance needs even if you're not in or around the Los Angeles area. Their network and access to policies are far reaching so I've recommended Lynx to numerous friends and family who have also switched over.
