The wait time can be long even though they have a good number of employees at this location. The wait time varies from weekdays to weekends, and pre holiday times! We managed to visit them at a low point on Monday around 11am. We only waited about 15 minutes! This is a record! AAA does provide a lot of great service at a low cost! I love all the maps for national parks that you can have for free! Plus they sell travel books! You can also get international driver license, disability placards, passport pictures and more. The list of services are endless. Plus you can book trips with travel agents! And these are just the services at the location. As members there are many services they offer you on the road! The staff at this location are really friendly! Great to see hard workers with good customer service!

He is meticulous, friendly and effective. For example, I asked him a detailed question about my house insurance + umbrella policy, related to whether it protects me against libel lawsuits for my reviews here on Yelp. [This may not be widely known, but some homeowners insurances do provide such a protection.] Justin took this question seriously, read into the fine print of my Travelers policy, and determined that yes, it does protect me (as long as my reviews are honest). So, this gives me additional peace of mind when writing reviews here on Yelp. Thank you, Justin!

Not only did Esté help me but she went above and beyond. She has taken my calls in the mornings, late evenings and has done everything in her power to find answers to my questions and concerns.
