I recall when I had him replace the rear door to my house with a front entry door (it looks better and feels more secure). I figured it would take a good half day at least. When he started, I ran a quick errand (post office or something). When I came back, it was done! Perfectly aligned/nailed in or whatever, sealed, everything just perfect. He was just cleaning up the remains of the old door and door frame. I was beyond amazed! I couldn't have taken the old door out in that amount of time. Over the years I've had him replace a fence, fix leaky outdoor faucets, replace toilets, install attic fan, replace heater, windows, etc. etc. You get the idea - anything home repair related - and I mean anything (aesthetic or structural) - he is the man! He always leaves the job site clean even when it's a multi-day job - the repair work area is never left looking sloppy. His pricing has always been fair. He's knowledgeable and he truly cares - it shows when you interact with him.
