I'm sure I'm not the only return they will lose for next year. Poor business model. It's my understanding they have commercial business ahead of the personal taxes, they are making their problems mine. I don't care if you're short staffed, you owe it to your loyal customers who have been repeat customers year after year to communicate. If you take on so much business that you can't service the existing clients, then it's time to reconsider your growth.
