Many days go by before anyone returns my calls or emails and, in many cases, I've gotten no response at all. I was referred to this firm by my now-retired tax advisor with the promise that fees would remain unchanged, only they went way up the second year. When I asked about this, they said I must not have received their letter. As the final straw, I've have been trying for weeks to resolve two invoices for $650, which I already paid. I've called and sent emails repeatedly, only to be told they would get back to me. Not a well-managed firm. Moving on.

We then received an auto email that an extension had been filed but nothing from Kylie at all, despite many calls, texts, and emails. Finally we ended up getting them filed and they were rejected because of a mistake she made, she included a dependent we asked her to remove because she did not live with us that year. We had an installment plan for payment and when the taxes were were rejected they demanded we pay in full or they weren't going to fix them so we paid someone else to do them. They still want us to pay for them and when I said I would not be paying any more and listed all the above reasons why Sheri called me a liar! Shari you should be embarrassed! You can clearly can see all the other reviews saying the exact thing had happened to them and I forwarded all the emails I had sent in complete panic that our taxes were not done. I asked multiple time before the deadline if I should find someone else due to the lack of communication. I was assured that Kylie had everything and our taxes would be filed on time. I plan to file a consumer complaint and something against her license if possible as well. It is crazy that they think we should pay twice to have a service done. You should have apologized for this S*** Show and at least tried to negotiate a somewhat "fair" price if you still felt we owed you guys money instead of jumping to making it seem like none of this happened and I am making it all up, that is weird

" legal department and have forwarded them the paperwork you so kindly provided on your business for a state system cross-reference validation. This is our last attempt to ask that you remove this review prior to pursuing further legal action. " This right here is why I will not remove this review, what I did remove Lorretta is one less star from my original, that what you did there is basically threatening me to remove my bad review. You can pursue legal action, we do not care this review is staying up there we are a legal company and all we did was request a service, we didn't ask you to wire us any money, so there is no justification for it. if it gets any more out of hand, post up another review, remember you are under Terms of Service just as a regular user is. Update: Lorretta from LCAF called me and left a voice message saying she would contact her lawyers, implying she would sue me for writing a review on Yelp. Furthermore, she mentioned I was never a customer at LCAF and that she was "baffled", I mean that is really low. I have paperwork the proves and says otherwise. This review was directed at the level of service we received from her, not because we were getting set up on paper checks on the first run. No, we did not care about that (although we mentioned it), we are simply stating the level of service we received at LCAF was bad. We were a customer at LCAF for a few days, paperwork was signed but the service was terrible, and we decided to terminate our relationship, good luck with your lawyers.
