When I hired this Company April 2019 Loretta the Owner failed to input my ytd information for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2019. This caused numerous errors for W2 and W3 and my 940 and 941 which I had to amend. I contacted her to make the corrections that her office made she wanted to charge me for her mistakes , she new that she didn't have all my year to date Information and neglected to inform me. I had to amend it. I'm upset that she her office neglected to pay my Dues on a timely matter, I don't understand why?.. she was taking the Dollar amount for All my 940's and 941 Every week and I'm being charged late fees. Do not do business with these people. They are thieves. I have proof and if you need it please message me. We used them for two weeks and had to let them go due to their HUGE mistakes. Yet they debited thousands of dollars in funds from the business checking account and did not pay employee taxes or our taxes. And they tried to withdraw money from our account anonymously we have the proof. Police reports filed. DO NOT USE THEM. To date they have stolen over $4000 from the business where I work at and attempted to wire transfer thousands of dollars from our bank account. We have been using LCA for the last 18 months and are very pleased. All IRS filings are done on time, we are reminded (and re-reminded) when action is necessary on our part, our employees are happy because checks are deposited into their account when expected, and the list goes on.
