******warning warning ******** absolutely unprofessional they don't help for sh** . they sent one message a day about positions. they sit all day just to reply back one message . 8 hours in that office just to play with people times and not updating them about anything that's going on with their application. if the employer can't keep up with people's application then hire more people. definitely can find a better agency then this one !!!! dont apply here if you want your time wasted!!!! read more

I'm not one to write reviews but hr needa hop on the staffs case they claim to care about there reputation but it's obviously not the reputation with they workers they care about without us you wouldn't have a job They were discriminate towards me cause I had I bike I don't see the reason to tell your supervisor that I came on a bike when I arrived on time they also failed to mention the fact that the job they gave me was only for 6 hours to unload a truck they get in once a month at golden fox in Ontario on top of that the manger at golden fox was discriminative towards me as well said "your skinny idk if you got it " and some how magically they got me another job once I called an told them about them only needing me for that day , why wasn't I offered that job at first ???? But the job I was offered was Gilbert co in Colton may mention that they were hesitant on giving me the job due to the fact I'm on a bike and public transportation (people like us are more likely to have the ambition to go to work for they full 40 a week than some one with a car and may I mention that the same people that started when I started were car less as well ) but that job at Gilbert co is a trap every one there that's doing all the back breaking work even fork lift drivers are through agency no one's company even the supervisors so don't plan to stay there long and lastly they took for ever to set up my direct deposit idk y Elias co and staffing will have it for you that very next pay day never gone through an agency that took that long to set it up I literally wrote my account and routing number the day I first signed up then once I first started work they said they needed the banks paper of my account and routing number why wasn't that mentioned when I first signed up ? Cause yk the Majority of the people walking through that door aren't gonna get a job but back to the direct deposit it took them 4 weeks to get it right I told my on site my first payday she said she'll do it Comes second pay day I ask about it she kinda mad dogs me with this ugly face knowing Damm well she forgot and is gonna gonna barely send it Next pay day comes by I call the office to ask if it's set up cause i honestly feel uncomfortable asking my on site again told me no it isn't set up next week goes by still none ask my on site once last time said I should get it next week that's barely gonna be this Friday let's see if it's gonna go through if not imma have to drive all the way from LA to the IE to pick up my check cause I just moved but I'm just talking bout Reyna Ulysses and hedi never had a more unpleasant job staffing situation in my life mind you I'm 19 there shouldn't be no discrimination towards me being on a bike I wasn't spoon feed with a sliver spoon I gotta get it on my own I give it to em tho outta all the 6 agency I applied for out in the IE this was the first one to get me a job my best advice for any job seekers tho is go straight to company and if you 18 with dl in the sb area check out inter rails on Rialto ave Paying unloaders 21 an hour all you need is a clean drivers record and be able to pass a drug test ight im out that's my Ted talk wait forgot one more thing I called them after quitting and told them if I can get a letter of termination said once second put me on hold and after 30 mins hung up on me called em right back after that and I asked for the same thing and said they don't give out letter of termination that they don't do thos Why tf y'all ain't say that at first very unprofessional (update they didn't set up my direct still ) now I gotta some how go get my check coming all the way from la now on top of that they missed printed the numbers on my check and I can't cash it and now I gotta go back up to the agency again and have em reprint it wtf read more

This agency is by far the most janky, unprofessional & selfish there is. My fiancé recently reached out to HR Direct CHINO for work, they let him know they had a job in Ontario ready to start tomorrow. He was on board with it, Judith (the recruiter) never specified that it was a one day assignment also disregarded telling him the pay. He showed up for work & worked the full 8 hours. At work his supervisor let him know to COME IN AT 5 THE NEXT DAY. He then got a message from Judith stating his assignment was ended and he can no longer report. When he asked why, she stated she did not have an answer. She then said that she told him it was going to be a one day assignment which she never specified at all. I used to work at a staffing agency myself & this is definitely not how things should be ran. He asked when he could pick up the check for the day he worked and she stated he has to wait until next week to get his check. Um hello ? Illegal? If he no longer works at that job he is no longer on the payroll so his check should be issued immediately upon completion. When my fiance expressed his frustration she laughed at him on the phone saying "that's not how it works", and continued to laugh. Then she went on with saying he was not terminated the assignment is just over... My finance hung up and then received a call from HR Directs HR that he must sign termination papers in order to collect his check. But anyway then when he did receive his check they only paid him for 5 hours of work. lol you get the point this whole company is so bs. Judith pretty much tried making him feel stupid but I 100% know the way she was handling this situation was not the way a recruiter should handle that. read more

This staffing agency is a joke. They have you in there forever just to sign up. I literally had to ask them how much longer it was going to take and then all of a sudden they had time to interview me after I was waiting there for 45 mins. They don't allow you to use the restroom so make sure you go before or else you have to go next door and buy a soda for $5 just to go use the restroom. If I could give them no stars I would. They sent me to a job and told me the wrong time so I showed up to the job thinking I'm on time just to be sent home because I wasn't there on time due to the negligence of this agency. So I called the agency to let them know and they were blaming me for the mistake. Anyways I go to pick up my check and they shorted mine. I don't recommend this agency. I worked through this agency for 4 months and it was horrible. First they send your check to your job location on your off days. Second I had to put in 2 forms to get direct deposit so that took about a month and a half because somehow they lost it. They also never sent out a W-2 and that I had to call and add myself to a list. Reyna said she put me on the list to get my W-2 emailed its been a week and a day still no email. I called and spoke to the supervisor Jennifer who said i didnt put in a request first and suddenly she "found" it. She rudely said she couldn't show me the request or when it was put in but to wait another week. If you need a job I'd steer clear from HR direct they are no help and have no value to you. read more

Very unprofessional.... I was scheduled a interview by the client two times and both times the client failed to schedule. If you don't want your time wasted DO NOT apply through this staffing agency.
