I've gassed up at the Texaco before where I've noticed this small Auto Detailing Place! I pulled in and was greeted, I asked them a few questions and the young men were all pleasant! My son,who inherited it, was glad we sent it to be detailed because the interior was pretty gross (older child did not keep the interior very clean). But instead, I've been dealing with this nightmare for almost a month now. I came to All Stars Window Tinting to get my Volkswagen Passat tinted. I ended up coming back three times due to bubbles, lines, creases, and poor installation. After the third visit, I asked for a refund for the front windshield because I was just exhausted from coming back over and over again. Later, I noticed deep cuts on my front windshield -- clearly from a blade. The scratches match exactly where the tint was originally cut and replaced. These aren't surface marks -- these are serious, permanent scratches on my glass. The rear windshield, which also had bubbles and needed to be redone, was never fixed. Instead, they told me, "Come back again next week." But I've already been driving like this for three weeks, and they never replaced it. No refund was given for that either. The only thing they re-did was the rear passenger window, and even that had to be redone several times. One of the employees, Perry Griffin, spoke to me in a raised voice and refused to give me the name of the second person who worked on my car. That felt very unprofessional and intimidating. I'm from Ukraine and don't speak English very well. I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm not asking for perfection -- I just wanted normal-quality tint, like everyone else gets. I've tinted other cars before and I know how it should look. I also want to mention that I sent an official complaint to the company by email, because I wasn't given any information about the owner or who handles customer issues. I really hope someone responds and takes this seriously. I have photos before and after, as well as receipts to prove everything I've said here. I deeply regret trusting this shop and would not recommend them to anyone.

He took the time to go over various options available and helped me choose the best tint for my car. The installation process was efficient and seamless, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The Llumar Ceramic tint is of high quality and has significantly reduced the heat in my car during hot summer days. The car also looks way better now. They also answered all of my questions and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work they did.

I had a wonderful experience with Motorcity Detailing. Dylan was very professional, answered all my questions quickly, and was able to accommodate my schedule. He was also able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly. Unfortunately, my car sustained some mold and mildew from a leak. Cheverolet repaired it and recommended Motorcity Detailing to me. Right from the initial phone call up till picking up my car I felt comfortable with this company.  Dylan was concerned about me riding in a vehicle that contained mold. He had me bring the car to his shop vs him coming to me. He was concerned about the temperature and rain that was coming. He wanted to ensure it dried properly. Now that's outstanding business! He's caring, compassionate, considerate and that was above and beyond the call of duty. He could've cleaned it and not cared what happened. But NO! NO! NO! Not Dylan this man has integrity!!!!! He has heart I got a full interior & exterior cleaning service done. My exterior was covered in tree sap. When I picked it up I never saw such a rich shine filled with luster and the depth of color was never like that before. My car feels smooth as glass, it's so clean, it smells amazing, and that ugly mold is gone. I can't get over how he has my interior seats, dash, visors, console, floor, door panels, handles and tires spotless and looking brand new. I'm blown away!! My car looks and feels better than when I purchased it. Upon pickup he took the time to explain everything he did in detail and I am very happy with the experience. This is by far THE BEST DETAILING SERVICE I'VE EVER USED & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You can reach Dylan at 256-919-2024 or book online at Motorcitydetails.com Definitely going to be a repeat customer! Best of Luck Dylan and Blessings for continued success! ~Kelly~

I'm sure…read moreanyone who has experienced a hit and run, or any type of car accident for that matter, can relate to the anger and frustration I felt. After waiting a few months to save up the money to cover my deductible, I was fortunate enough to be referred to The Body Shop in Decatur, AL.. I mention the frustration and time it took to save the money because it all figures into my expectations for the repair. At that point, I wasn't asking for much more than a legit repair job that would allow me to put this whole thing behind me. What I experienced exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I arrived at The Body Shop, talked with a man named Mr. Murray, and received an estimate within 10 minutes of my arrival. He was very friendly and the estimate was accurate. He worked directly with my insurance company (ALFA) and was nice enough to call me the day of the repairs to ensure I had an understanding of my deductible and what amount I would be responsible for. All of that was great but it's not the reason I got on here to write this positive review. I write this review because of all the extra care they gave my car beyond the dent. I showed up to find my car washed and the insides looking clean (looking better than the day I bought it). The bumper looked amazing but I noticed they had taken the time to repair a portion along the inside of the wheel cover where the plastic cover had previously been bulged out. My rims were cleaned and looked brand new (I had bought this car used and the original owners had let things get pretty rough with the rims. I tried to put some muscle into cleaning them in the past with no luck). All I'm saying is this; getting in an accident is frustrating. The people at The Body Shop in Decatur do it the right way. They treat you right, shoot you straight, and go the extra mile to get your car looking as good as possible. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience.
