I interviewed 2 companies, and Ilia gained my confidence with his knowledge, so decided to go with him. The choice was a good choice. My job was an entry door and screen door replacement , but my door was very old. He took his time making sure everything was lined up and balanced. He made sure to remove all of the old door frame ( which was inside another door frame). Whenever he had questions, he would ask my preference. I will definitely be going back to him for future projects. Give him a shot. He's young and hungry!

Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt that our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew.  We cannot emphasis enough how accommodating John Dunrite is, paying attention to all details, constantly stopping in to check the work, taking pride in the job, and even meeting with us at a tile store to pick out materials. The company's crew followed John's lead with top-notch work. Vijay, manager of the work; George, who tied it all together; and all of the workers, went above and beyond to help us through the renovation process. Even Jeanine from the central office showed constant concern and readily followed-up with our questions. No request was a problem. Our apartment and building were respected in terms of: cleanliness, noise control, waste removal, adherence to the time that the work was done, and quickness in which the job was completed. The cost charged was beyond reasonable. We look forward to having the Dunrite Design Group return to our home for further renovations and highly recommend this company without reservation. As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites. We look forward to working with Innovation Construction NYC again in the future. -- Aspire Security Protection LLC
