She didn't know they had been sitting at Cheerful for a week; it was just how HEK does things. I got tied up and couldn't get over there until about 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone was extremely pleasant and took care of my things in a few minutes. Could not have been a better experience! I don't expect things this fast every time but it was great to see. Ashley and the guys in the back were as nice as could be! They have a sign up that you can choose two of these three: Fast, Good, Cheap. Hate to tell them but they proved it wrong today!
