The store is always clean and never looks cluttered or looks like they're stocking as I'm shopping because they've obviously done it at night when no one's there! I wish Kroger would that! Anyhow, the only reason I didn't give them the fifth star is I'm really annoyed that they won't reopen their dressing rooms. As a woman we all understand usually that certain things don't look great on us or we're uncertain if we want to buy something without trying it on first. They've have a lot of sales on their clothes. It would appear that they'd sell a lot more if the dressing rooms would reopen. I understand it puts a lot of work on people, but Meijer really appears to be pretty organized so I think they could handle this challenge. Looking back when they started doing this it was 2020 of course. No one was allowed to use the dressing room for fear that it would be severely contaminated with Covid & we'd all die at Meijer trying on clothes. Looking back, you'd think they will want to fix this issue & allow us to try on cute tops or dresses, etc., etc. They probably would not have to open the men's dressing room because men don't really shop the way women do. But I would guarantee a big jump in sales if Meijer would consider doing this again. So please read this Meijer executives and know that we are very disappointed with this no dressing room policy!

No big deal but when the female zipped around the corner barking orders at the Asian man right in front of me. I felt so sorry for him. I was shocked. I bet Kroger on Bechtle has changed management. They need to do better hiring.

I get so disturbed when I go into this store, but it starts outside as well. Six Handicapped spots…read morebut a dozen or so spots to park in for pick-ip. Need a handicap space? You can't count on getting a spot here! They fill up quickly and 2 or 3 are filled with people who don't have a placard and probably wouldn't qualify! Younger people, 18-30ish have decided this is "privileged or entitled" parking intended for them. They ignore the 80 yr old man who can barely walk and needed a handicap spot. Not sure why kroger doesn't try to get the traffic cop to stop once in a while. Anyway, not their fault but the parking spots are unequal for the men & women that need them! As for the inside of Kroger, this kind of goes along with the parking outside. Because there are so many people with trolleys doing pick up orders in the aisles that you can't get around them. I don't know that they're employees of Kroger, probably not, but they are pretty rude and make no effort to help with anything. The other issues that stand out are the lack of sale items available. Went to buy chicken- buy 1 get 1 free. Nope, and not for the two other times we stopped. They have minimal items on sale but available and offer no substitutions. Last but not least, don't plan on your prescriptions to be ready just because you called 2 days ago! Lines of half a dozen people are waiting patiently. The staff who work the register in the pharmacy, mosey over, get all the info and tell you it s not ready. Wait another 20 minutes, It will eventually be ready The moral of this story is, if you shop here come prepared! Go to the pharmacy first, wait it out, then get a cart and maneuver through isles where you'll not find everything you wanted/needed. This site desperately needs to be a kroger home store or super store, not sure what it's actually called. It's very obvious they're making a ton of cash! Reinvest Kroger!! Please!!

The parking lot, aisles and wheelchair spacing are all better. They have a deli and meat counter. We use pickup orders 60% of the time and I can't remember any mistakes; maybe once? And everyone I've met doing curbside are super friendly and respectful. This whole team just really works at it. They however should improve the carts and wheelchair carts situation. Too many large carts, wheelchair carts are dilapidated and not enough space for them at the front. If you're a sr citizen, I suggest to avoid rush hour there!

I got there at 7:30 for an oil change, no appointments, first come first serve. I wanted the tires rotated, but that can't happen, due to Walmart policy, since they were dry rotted, I was told. Tires are 6 years old and needing replaced, which usually mean research, and trying to find the best deal on Michelins. So I asked for a tire quote and said I wanted all new valve too. Quick quote, no Michelins, they have Goodyears, was told last week the Goodyears were discounted due to Black Friday, of course, so I did a quick internet search.... price for the Goodyear tires seemed in line with other "tire" places so I said OK. When can you get me in, we'll we have an 8am appointment, but if they don't show up, your next, it,'s 8am and the oil change is done. I'm told they give a 15min. grace period. Well the 8am doesn't show up.....I'm right in. Next issue is my 08' Accord has one piece valve stem and TPMS, they only have three, but they call the other Walmart in Springfield, bam they have the one piece TPMS I need. Walmart does not have runners, so I call, Richelle, tell here the story and say we can go to breakfast after the part transportation trip. Richelle picks me up, we do a round trip, when I get back I'm told the other tire will be done in 20min. We go to breakfast at Studebaker's, and I got the text that the job is done. Accord has new shoes. I got text updates the whole time. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Thanks to the 8am who didn't show up, so go early.

First of all I have an issue with Walmart because they fired my brother after he got severe…read morepneumonia and almost died from frostbite and had to have surgery on his lungs after he was careflighted. He was missing a hospital discharge paper and the guy that usually is the manager was not the manager that day my brother tried to come back to work and he fired him while he gave him the choice of resigning so he would get his 401k or he would just fire him on the spot. Just because he didn't have an emergency room discharge paper which is insane. My brother almost died for God's sake and gave Walmart 21 years of his life didn't call off but twice in 21 years. So I don't like them because of that but also I am banned from the store on becthle Avenue because as a homeless person I think a lot of places look for any reason to ban you but what's crazy and I still have my receipt as I spent $162.34 in that store I then left and put in the hair dye that I had just bought and I went outside and then my head started burning literally burning so I ran inside to rinse it out because it was an emergency so a customer complained to an employee and the customer or sorry the employee rather came in and so what are you doing I said I'm rinsing my hair dye out I'm not staining the sink it's blonde you see any stain whom am I bothering? She said well we had a customer complaint because not everyone can breathe the chemicals I said I understand that ma'am but my head is on fire she said you're going to have to leave right now I said well okay then I'll go to the hospital because you won't let me rinde it out and my head's on fire so I went to the hospital I had to call the squad and I actually had chemical burns on my head because I could not rinse it out until I got to the emergency room and they rinsed it out for me and then I was in the ICU for 3 days because of the severity of the burn and the pain. But yeah being banned from Walmart is just another day in the life of a homeless person even if you spend over $150 in there they want to ban you because you don't make the place look good and I understand I am homeless not by choice but If I may say...Come on Walmart you even banned Damon Darling and all he ever did was help people and give them money to buy you're overpriced crap in your store. So I hope more people do go to groceryland or Target or Aldi or anywhere but Walmart because the way they treated me I just felt like complete scum. And I was in so much pain having to go to the hospital because they wouldn't let me rinse it out I mean come on Walmart what are we doing? You're firing long time employees that took two days off in 21 years and my guess is you're hiring a bunch of Haitians that are making people like me homeless. I just don't know who you think you are Walmart and yes I'm a whistleblower and yes I know many people with similar stories because if nothing changes nothing changes.

Why don't I go there all the time? Mainly because it's usually packed with people and I don't feel like sharing my time waiting on people to get out of the way because they're so self-absorbed they don't leave room to get past their car. This happens at Kroger too a lot. I guess I'm just used to going there, but Walmart probably is better for the overall pricing and its quality. What I really wanted to put a review about was their hot deli with various chicken tenders, nuggets, wings, and a lot of side dishes, including jalapeño, poppers, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, etc. For I think it was close to. $7.50 I ordered for my husband. I did actually split, a meal with wings mashed potatoes, no gravy, but they had some and mac & cheese into a large container for a meal for one person I guess. It was way more than one person could probably eat and I was correct we didn't need any more . Even though this is not the most common place we go to eat it wasn't bad at all! We both like their chicken wings, even though they're tend to be a little dry at times, but they're still pretty good. So we made the best out of that meal. It was pretty inexpensive for both of us to eat so it was a win in our opinion!
