I attempted to use a gift card that ended up having issues. Natalie, the cashier assisting me, held my items without judgement as I called the company outside. When I came back in with the unfortunate news that the card was unusable and I could only buy some of what I originally intended, Natalie offered to put whatever I couldn't buy back on the shelves and gave me privacy while I sorted through my items. What could have been a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation turned into a reminder of why Michael's is my favorite craft store. Natalie is a shining example of excellent customer service.
