He did more than we asked and did it very well. Quality work takes time but he knew we wanted it back by a certain date and he met that date. I am sure there were some late hours making that happen. It was a very fair price for an excellent job.

From beginning to end Craig was professional and helpful - with very timely responses. He came to my home and picked up a leather ottoman that I had (very stupidly) spilled crazy glue on. After an exhaustive search, I finally found a true craftsman for a project that was very important…read moreto me--an antique cloverleaf table that desperately needed to be sanded, restained, and polished. I came across Steve's website, reviewed his work and his reviews, and decided to give him a try. Let me tell you...I was NOT disappointed! From our initial communication to the quote, drop-off, pick-up, and invoicing, everything went as smoothly as silk. Steve is an excellent communicator and even sent me a couple of pictures along the way so I could see the progress. He also went the extra mile and was able to tighten the table up a bit, making it considerably less wobbly. The finished table looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Without question, I would use Steve again and will happily recommend him to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship. It's not often you find someone who combines skill, attention to detail, and excellent customer service--and Steve checks all three boxes!

The guy who came out and did our stairs did an awesome job; I highly recommend him! I changed my rating to 5 stars based on how professional everything turned out and how well it was addressed! My wife and I are happy with the turnout! I purchased new flooring from Bills and just had it installed. The installers, Chris and Tommy from Veteran Pro LVP Flooring, did an excellent, professional job. I highly recommend the installers. They get 5-stars Bills' direct sales team and schedulers lack customer responsiveness once the sale has been made and paid for! There is no follow-up or callback when leaving messages or needing questions answered. The floors and carpet have been installed for over a month. They had to come back out to requote the stairs that we had already paid to be sanded and turned out like crap; been over three weeks still waiting. After follow-up call number two last Friday(5/16), I was told the treads came in, and I should get a call on that day or Monday. Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!

Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal.
