Its a bike of a ways out (Northfield) but Google Maps got me there. I was promptly greeted and Martin was waiting for me. They loaded him up in my trailer and off I went. By FAR Farmers Top Soil was much lower and also accommodating if buying in bulk . The prices will reflect if ordered in quantity . I waited a few days for the dirt to dry . It arrived by large dump truck . The driver was more the open to back up into my drive way and positioning the dirt over my trap . ( which I highly recommend ) mine being 16x20 in the photo . I ordered 2 yards of dirt and was very happy with the quality and friendliness of the driver .

I do think it's a little overpriced -- granted, I'm not sure what the Rochester plant market is like, but I figured it would be less expensive than Chicago, but everything was a $2-$8 more than the local plant nurseries I frequent in Chicago and the suburbs. But, the store is very cute and has lots of cute plant accessories. I'm kicking myself for not getting the cute leopard plant pot I saw. I love the atmosphere of the place, though. Lots of seating and tables set up for those who visit the cafe, and there's lot to look at if you just want to walk around a bit.
