By FAR Farmers Top Soil was much lower and also accommodating if buying in bulk . The prices will reflect if ordered in quantity . I waited a few days for the dirt to dry . It arrived by large dump truck . The driver was more the open to back up into my drive way and positioning the dirt over my trap . ( which I highly recommend ) mine being 16x20 in the photo . I ordered 2 yards of dirt and was very happy with the quality and friendliness of the driver .

Although I look forward to coming back for a self-guided tour available June - August on Wednesdays from noon to 6. The grounds are available to the public each day and are so gorgeous!
