I visited this unique store in the Galleria at the time of the winter sidewalk sale and came across…read morethe cutest selection of shoes, clothing, jewerly and everything in bewteen. And one of the most outstanding clerk that I have come across ever in the Rochester retail mix,she was a hoot! Purchased A mix of things that I have totally enjoyed and have had comments on. Absolutely enjoyed it, and will definitely return again. Jan C.

This store formerly called Exquisite Leather and Luggage STOLE OVER $300 FROM ME. I purchased 3…read moresmall leather purses and specifically asked and received permission to return them by a date beyond the usual return date. Upon my return of the purses within the allotted time, the clerk gave me a hand written receipt showing the purses were returned and also showing my purchase that day of a pair of shoes. The returned purses were to be credited against the shoe purchase. By mistake the clerk charged me again for the returned purses as well as for the new shoe purchase. A few months later when I realized what the clerk had done, I brought the handwritten receipt into the store, and a copy of my credit card bill. I explained the lack of credit for the purses and that they had been again charged to me a second time. The manager that day accused me of stealing the purses and shoes despite my showing the handwritten receipt from their store signed by their clerk and my charge card statement. The manager refused to give me my $300 plus, or a credit or the purses back. The returned three purses were all visible in the store that day. When I talked with the owner she lied and said she had no way of checking her inventory to see whether or when the purses were returned. So she too refused to refund my $300 plus, give me a credit or give me back the purses. The owner also said since I had not brought this to her attention earlier, even if I was telling her the truth, she would not give me back my money, a credit or the purses. Even a year later I noted the store still had two of the purses for sale which I had returned. The clerk told me they had only originally ordered one of each purse and these were from the original order not reordered by the store. That is these two purses were the ones I had returned which the owner said she had no way of tracing. LIES AND FRAUD were all this store was good for.

Ok. So I was lured in by a discount, who isn't?…read more Because I think I know what what's what with my feet, I gave my usual requests of something wide and around a size 9. That's when I went down the Minnesota Treads, aka MN Treads on their storefront, rabbit hole. Have you ever stepped on a thermal sensor? Obviously not this guy. I then went down the path of plantar fasciitis(I'm a survivor) 101 and learning that what I've been shopping for in a shoe may be incorrect. I tried on some types and ended up walking out of there with a brand new pair of Topos. And guess what? I'm a size 10! Wow! Getting that comfort in the heal but also that added lift in the arch part of my foot is a game changer. Plus I got a pair of a socks from Adam Turman. Honestly a pretty awesome store. Other assorted clothing and shoes (see pics) and If you're in the area, it is a place worth checking out.

Not an Athlete? No problem!…read more We aren't really an athletic family... and always thought these shoe stores were for athletes... but we needed help beyond the impersonal employees of the Big Box stores. Our two teenagers and I have recently purchased custom fit orthotics in an effort to deal with the leg and hip pain we have been experiencing for a long while now... turns out it's likely from wearing standard fit, although name brand, athletic shoes. Brock, the owner of MN Treads, has gone above and beyond to find athletic shoes that fit our feet and our thick new orthotics. This task has turned out to be more challenging than expected. Through contacting his shoe reps, Brock has worked hard to locate the appropriate sized shoes that fit our family's non-standard sized feet (fairly wide and requiring deep pockets in the upper portions of the shoe to accommodate our high dorsums, tops of the feet, plus the added quite thick orthotics). Can't say enough about the caring customer service at MN Treads - leaps and bounds above the rest. Thank you!
