He and I both caught Covid there. One of the nurses there had mentioned to me she was just getting over Covid. They sent my husband for dialysis in Deer Park early in the morning but did not pack him a lunch or stay with him. I was going through skin cancer and could not be there. When I got to his room about 4 pm he was still not back and when he did arrive he was soaked in urine as the dialysis facility did not have anyone there to help him to bathroom. He also had sepsis when he got to hospital. He never completely recovered and passed away. Stay away from Sylvan.

They start of right…read morewith all PT, OT, and speech therapist you name they have it BUT, its ONLY for about 4-6 weeks. then after that everything else fails. It's like they forgot how they got you in there in the first place..... Promises and reeling family members into that SHIT HOLE of a care facility. The don't care once you have signed all the paperwork, the already see dollar signs. My family member was in this place, and she was sick most of the time. No one would come after the call button not even her yelling for help. She laid in her own urine for 6 HOURS, and nobody checked on her until we the family members checked our cameras that we installed and found this out. That same night they dropped her in the shower, and she broke her shoulder. It was all downhill from here. She never really recovered from the fall. even after the fall NO physical therapy. She was in better shape before we had her admitted her into Sylvan Shores. Today we no longer have my family member with us after 2 months and if we would have known that this place would not be taken care of her like they said they would, we would have never put her in this place. And she still would have been with us. If you are thinking about putting your family member in this facility DO NOT!!!!!!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Staff are all Liars and backstabbing people and try to cover things up like nothing happened. I will try to post some pictures. if you would like proof I have what you need. Look me up. 00000000000000000000000000000000 STARS Ruth Alarcon

Not only do you have to do your own warm up before they see and treat you but the staff members are very polite and even remember your name after just seeing you once or twice! Even though there is a waiting room you won't be there long even if you didn't have a appointment. I would recommend getting one just to be safe though. The two Chiropractor's are pretty good and nice, they will advice you on what to do, down to the smallest thing. I really think they have your best interest at heart. I have been attending 2-3 times a week when able to they have a schedule where they go from 8am-about 11am then reopen from 3pm-about 6pm. I will update when I get the times down for sure.
