I told my doctor I did not want to go back, it was hard, repetitive and sometimes I felt it was a complete waste of time since I would feel the exact same way had I not been to therapy. I guess I just say that because my injury is not too severe and I can actually function without therapy. I do recommend them, though. The staff was friendly and everyone who was getting sessions there seemed happy with their therapist (except me, I guess). She wasn't horrible, I just thought the other therapist got more results quicker...although he made me work through the pain.

In the end Dr Gilber was a cold robot when he punctured my son's gut during the third surgery. On the emergency surgery afterwards he just said he repaired a perforation. I assume that was his bed side manner of saying he screwed up and punctured my son's gut. But it was the third surgery that ultimately resulted in my son's death...

Call and inquire on bill in July and August 2021 and no help from office or billing. No ownership or accountability. This error was likely on their end and I wasn't even offered $20 off for the hassle. I paid the silly balance of $100 but the principle is that since I likely spent $6,000 out-of-pocket and paid cash upfront each visit but no one was willing to consider or look into a strange bill, it's worth noting the place doesn't care about the customer and/or they have organizational issues between departments. It definitely was the right choice and exceeded my expectations! The staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful in scheduling my appointments. The therapist I had were all amazing and the progress I made is because of the great care I received; they were all very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They did a good job working with my mother and seemed to care about their patients. The nursing staff I dealt with was okay, though I think they're understaffed...weekends were worse. I did find out that meds weren't always given when they were supposed to, but it also depended on who was giving it. One would tell me they couldn't get my mother to take her meds and another one would tell me they don't have any problems...??? The aides were a mixed bag. Some are responsive when you need them and some just disappeared if you needed them to do something they didn't want to deal with. Being polite and saying please and thank you go a long way in a place like this. I think some people forget this. At the bottom is the food service. They wouldn't serve my mother's food the consistency and way it was written on the menu. There was very little variety and we were having to bring food in a lot of the time, which is unacceptable. My mother also wasn't mobile, and they managed to let her develop a pressure sore. To summarize, if your loved one is mobile and can feed themselves, and only need therapy, then it's a good place to go. Anything less, I would avoid this place.

I went everyday and always issues I prayed that I could come with out issues. People that didn't come see their loved ones were a lot worse and told me it wasn't my family. I had to make them take my mom to St Luke's after I found her gown covered where she threw up. After going to the hospital she got better and begged not to go back after they took the trach out but since the insurance was used up she had to go back and we had her transferred to my home town but after the hospital in Victoria Detar almost killed her and the staff there was just as bad. I should post the pictures horrible and never heard from administrator or apology. Zero if possible review
