However, I am not so sure about the therapist who took care of all my other sessions. I told my doctor I did not want to go back, it was hard, repetitive and sometimes I felt it was a complete waste of time since I would feel the exact same way had I not been to therapy. I guess I just say that because my injury is not too severe and I can actually function without therapy. I do recommend them, though. The staff was friendly and everyone who was getting sessions there seemed happy with their therapist (except me, I guess). She wasn't horrible, I just thought the other therapist got more results quicker...although he made me work through the pain.

The emergency room, The emergency room tends to have a pretty long wait anywhere from 5 PM until about 5 AM. The nurses seem aggravated and try their best to be friendly, but with such a crowded emergency room back area I kind of understand their frustration. The best time to have an emergency at during the day when people are at work LOL unfortunately it is frustrating when I go in with severe ulcerative colitis symptoms and have to wait for a five-year-old to get his cough checked out when they could just go to a Redi clinic. That being said I also have a heart condition, so typically when I go in there my heart is out-of-control meaning I don't have to wait. Keep in mind though that some people's emergencies are invisible illnesses. So you get admitted, that sucks but it's all good!! The nurses here can be a hit or miss, but out of 2 admissions, I only have had a few nurses I wasn't fond of. Also, pretty decent food here but you can't order whenever you'd like, they bring it to you. So you get discharged and have to come back for some mris, CT scans, etc. These people rock. Always on time and never more then a ten minute wait.

In hindsight, we do not feel she was properly stabilized or thoroughly evaluated before being discharged. The transfer did not feel safe or carefully coordinated, and we were not given the level of communication or reassurance we would have expected for someone in her condition. Within hours of being transferred out, she experienced a medical emergency and had to be rushed by ambulance to Memorial Hermann Southeast, where she was immediately placed on life support. She remained hospitalized for a month and a half. While we are grateful she is now recovering, the entire experience was traumatic for our family. We strongly encourage families to ask detailed questions, advocate firmly for their loved ones, and ensure that a patient is truly stable before agreeing to discharge or transfer.

Got a bill for $100 for a visit October 2020. Received at least 20 tratments after and office staff never said I had a balance on account. Call and inquire on bill in July and August 2021 and no help from office or billing. No ownership or accountability. This error was likely on their end and I wasn't even offered $20 off for the hassle. I paid the silly balance of $100 but the principle is that since I likely spent $6,000 out-of-pocket and paid cash upfront each visit but no one was willing to consider or look into a strange bill, it's worth noting the place doesn't care about the customer and/or they have organizational issues between departments. I would not recommend this provider.

It definitely was the right choice and exceeded my expectations! The staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful in scheduling my appointments. The therapist I had were all amazing and the progress I made is because of the great care I received; they were all very knowledgeable, professional and caring.
