They don't validate for parking so either pay for the astromical parking fee at the 1600 Smith garage, or circle around the block to find a free parking (which is limited by traffic hours). I had my massage on a Saturday (because I was told the therapist only works Thursday afternoon and Saturday by appts only - again, my point about the inconvenient hours). My appointment had to be scheduled out almost 4 weeks in advance. I wasn't given information on how to gain access to the building on a Saturday, which added to the frustration of the entire experience. Massage was good, and I would love to continue to get treatment there, but I just cannot summon the energy to deal with the whole experience of getting an appointment, getting to downtown, and finding the darn office again.

For a week, I sufferred with the inability to touch my toes, lay down or sit without pain. Getting in and out of the car was also painful. After a week, I decided I needed to seek medical attention. I actually found this place using Groupon. They had a special deal that included chiropractic treatment plus a massage. To be honest, I was a little frightful of going to the chiripractor, but I was desperate for some relief and answers. Once I purchased the Groupon, I called and was able to make an appt for both services the next day back to back, so no waiting! The office building and facility are quite nice. There is also a free parking garage connected to the building. Ignore and pass by the sign on the first elevator outside the building that says that it isn't working. There are working elevators inside the office building to take you to your floor. Not only is the building quite spacious and clean, so is the WGYB office. There is a electronic sign in, but since appointments are made accordingly, there aren't a bunch of people waiting and the receptionist will just check you in personally. First time visit you will of course fill out paperwork, but that's standard. Be prepared to know where and how long youve been in pain. That helps with treatment. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Roth who made this newbie to chiropractic treatment at ease. He was sincere, caring, listened, and answered my questions. As he did each treatment, he walked me through what he'd be doing, what I would feel, and was able to multitask and converse while giving me treatment. Before I knew it, the "worst" was over! I had three treatments on this visit that included electrodes and decompression along with adjustment by Dr. Roth. By the time I left, I wasnt completely cured but I felt way better. Dr. Roth cautioned me to take it easy that day and observe how well I felt in the next couple of days. The next day after treatment, I was in less pain and had more flexibility. In combination with the deep tissue massage I had with Angelica, my lower back and hip pain are gone! I am so appreciative to finding this place. If I lived closer, I would definetly patronize it on a regular basis for the massage services and chiropractic treatment, but with it only being open M- F, that is a challenge for many. That being said, this location takes my insurance, has onsite x-rays, a PT/rehab center, and multiple chiros to choose from. Neck pain, back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, post-surgery pain and PT, cupping... I've seen them for everything. I was first a patient of Dr. Scott Neuburger, but now my new schedule has be seeing Dr. Andrea Bonilla (she's great!). They have onsite parking, a fairly open schedule, they send you text reminders (and phone calls). I'm a fan and referred both my mom and a few friends over to them - and they have multiple locations all across Houston.
