Dr. Ricks has been helping me for the past few weeks. He's kind, which is most important to me. But he also listens, has a good sense of humor and the whole office just has a good routine going. Everyone I've met at the office has been nice. When you're already in pain, the best thing is being around nice and helpful people. It's a busy office, but the layout is such that you don't realize how many patients are there. I'm looking forward to progressing in my treatment plan and trying some of the other services available. There is acupuncture, massage therapy, k-taping and they sell a bunch of products in the reception area. They have some holiday specials going right now! They were able to get me in that same day with Dr. Ricks, who offered some immediate relief to my aches and pains. Excellent experience here at Nasa Chiropractoc visiting Dr Rick! My back has been hurting for the worst of 4 months. Recently had a deep tissue massage that helped to an extent. I figured I would try a chiropractor for possible better results. I got them. Dr Rick preformed a thorough exam, which I have not gotten with another chiropractor I tried a few weeks after injuring my back. I told him what the other chiropractor did that hurt more than helped my back. He worked around it and did some adjustments to my pelvis, spine area. After the adjustments I was brought to a different room to get an electro/massage (sorry I don't know the name of it) and went home afterward with more range of motion and less pain. Dr. Case Ricks was super nice and explained everything to me to were I understood what all was going on. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck that I've dealing with for over a week. I went to my regular chiropractor to have it worked out but after two treatments from them it helped somewhat but I was still in a lot of pain. Dr. Ricks ran some test and asked lots of questions before he started doing any adjustments. I tell you after leaving there, I felt like a new person. So if you're looking for someone to just crack your back, go ahead and keep going to whom ever you're going to. Update again*** I am on visit 5. I stood there ready to fill out my update paperwork and I had to re-read it and actually think... I had no pain. I legit have no back pain. I feel like my flexibility has increased as well. I explained today that I feel like my posture is better, is easier to hold and feels more natural. Honestly, I did not expect such an improvement in so few visits. I thought I had done some damage- I used super heavy messenger bags and backpacks since 6th grade through my master's program and really felt the pain from it. I also rock flats on the daily and felt pain from that. I am impressed. I have one more visit to learn how to maintain the progress and then I will come in as needed. About this time last week, I called NASA Chiropractic for an appointment. I had a sharp pain in my lower back that had me down and out of any normal day to day activities. I had company in town and a busy work weekend coming up. I was desperate to get back up and going. I had not in my 60 some odd years been to a Chiropractor or even considered. A couple hours after the call, I painfully made my way to an appointment with Dr Bowman. He was able to determine my issue in less than 5 minutes. Explained what was going on and what he wanted to do take care of it. He made some adjustments as he talked me through what he was doing and why. The next morning I was back up and moving pretty much pain free - amazing! On the follow up appointment 2 days later, he made some additional adjustments and i was done - follow up as needed. Wow! I don't even know where to begin on telling about this place!! Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing!! I had been having some excruciating lower back pain, a couple of days before I left for out of town. I knew there would be no way I would manage, had I not did something about it. I first came in to NASA Chiropractic yesterday and was seen by Dr. Julie McKechnie. She was so friendly and did the most thorough exam/physical I have ever had related to my condition. I have seen other type of doctors over the years that just gave me medication or only talked to me without much of an exam. Dr. McKechnie determined things from the exam to start putting together a plan to not only relieve my pain but to start incorporating a better lifestyle to have long term success in staying out of pain as much as possible. I have some major problems with my neck/back and the muscles. She even discovered a problem with my skeletal structure I never knew about. She took an extraordinary amount of time with me explaining her findings and answering all my questions in detail. After the exam, actual treatment was started to relieve my pain. Again she explained what she was doing so there were no surprises. I had a couple other treatments with a staff member who was also so so nice and obviously knew what she was doing. I'm sorry I don't remember her name or I would mention it. I did get some relief afterwards but I realize from my poor condition it is going to take awhile. But I now have more hope and confidence in improving than I ever had. Don't wait! Go see one of the doctors at NASA Chiropractic! Read each one of their biographies because you can choose who you want to see. If you are in pain, you don't have to be. Even if you aren't, you would probably feel better. I have been going to NASA Chiropractic for about 6 weeks now and am seeing some good results. Dr. Julie has continued being thorough with each session. My headaches are less intense and my lower back sometimes doesn't hurt at all. I generally have more range of motion in my neck, too. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. Rude staff. I called to see if they took my insurance and the staff hung up on me after a quick "no." I couldn't ask questions (like out of pocket costs) or find out why they had my insurance listed on their website if they didn't take it. I don't mind companies not taking all insurance but the attitude is a deal breaker. If the staff is that rude with callers I doubt they are any nicer in person. read more

I have seen other chiropractors for the past several years; however, they all wanted me to come visit their offices frequently to relief my migraine. I came to see Dr. Brad McKechnie because I heard he is very good to get to the root of the problem and doesn't pressure his patients to return frequently. I saw Dr. Brad in April 2018 and he immediately identified my sitting posture at work as a major contributor of my neck & shoulder ache, which caused the migraine. He also pointed out one side of my body is shorter than the other due to hip joint compression. He realigned my back and hip. I came back for a follow up visit the next week and Dr. Brad realigned my back and hip. Dr. Brad told me I only need to come to see him if I don't feel right, not have to come weekly or monthly. I requested an ergonomic assessment at work after my first visit with Dr. Brad and have made several adjustments with my workstation to ensure proper desk/chair/computer/keyboard location.
