It was a hassle to make an appointment at this location. I wanted a specific doctor, not knowing he moved to the Sugar Land office. So it was replaced by a different person. I didn't realize this person's credentials until I was already in the waiting room. I was told to fill up the paperwork online to save time in the waiting room. I was glad I did. Because the website was not well explained and very illogical. I almost called them to forget about my appointment and went elsewhere. Everyone who came to this clinic had some sort of sinus problems because I heard them talk funny. One elderly man was grumbling about how difficult it was to fill up the new patient form on a tablet. I was glad I did it in private, because no one wants to hear me screaming. When I interacted with my doctor, she talked in jargon that I'm not familiar with. After I asked about it, she wrote the medical terms of my condition and medication I needed on a sticky note. She asked me to call back in a week for the summary of visit. The prescription is also over the counter. I asked her to send it to my pharmacy because I don't know which one to buy. Guess what? She didn't send it. I ended up getting the wrong thing. After I went to my usual clinic at VAMC, my PA told me that was not the right treatment. Yeah. I'm not coming back. Because I already made appointment to see another ENT specialist.

Dr. Oliver Chin was not interested in answering any questions or discussing possible causes. Rushed me into a room for a hearing test (which they charged more for even though they said it was included in my copay). Called and spoke to Annette the office manager regarding the charge and she was sorry (not sorry) that she couldn't remove the charge. Basically all I got from Dr. Chin was a HPS (High Priced Shrug). Don't bother going to this clinic. They don't care about you as a patient, they only want your $$$. I would give zero stars if I could.

My father assumed, the appointment was canceled until he began receiving harassing phone calls in order to collect $25! My father does not speak English well, so I"m not sure if there was a misunderstanding but why not accept there could have been and move on rather than harass an older man who doesn't speak English and doesn't hear well. Seems a bit distasteful and doesn't bode well on a medical office that is supposed to care for its patients.
