Trust the first advice I received before hiring an attorney to pursue a custody battle I had not…read moreanticipated and did not want with my ex wife after having divorced long years ago: "If you can avoid going through this, do." I could neither avoid the battle nor afford it. So, I initially petitioned for custody of my teen daughter pro se. When the other side hired counsel, I hired what was supposed to be one of the "best" firms in town. After investing $10,000 with this firm, I was in trouble as a result of the poor quality of representation I'd received and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Adding insult to injury, I now needed new representation and was worse off than I had been when I started. Attorney Yasmin Kutty would eventually turn out to be the answer. From our first meeting, she was clear and frank about my case's prospects given where the case stood when I released the previous firm. She put together a clear game plan and helped me understand my role in it while conscientiously using my limited resources. She delivered more value than I expected and, in the end, took a case that seemed hopeless and instead won my family custody of my oldest daughter. Family law issues seem more often than anything to be about limiting inevitable losses. From this point on, Attorney Kutty will always be my practitioner of choice should I have to deal with a family law issue in the courts.

From start to finish, she was fierce in the courtroom, with objections that were always well-timed and to the point, and at the same time, she was nice, kind, and respectful in her interactions with us. She came to the hearing extremely well-prepared, and she also prepared me thoroughly so I felt confident and ready. Because of her hard work, we won -- the case was dismissed, and I was able to bring my son home with me. It was a very difficult and draining day, but thanks to Ms. Yazmin's dedication and expertise, we were victorious. I am so grateful for her assistance in this case and will forever be grateful to her for helping me bring my son home.

Thank you, Chandler Law Firm!…read more I had a car accident in 2015 and was referred to this firm by my dad to help handle and deal with ACCC insurance. It was a difficult and personal case for me, and I trusted Sherry and her team to do her best with the information I gave her. After a couple of years of back and forth between the two, the Chandler law firm has made this process worth it by working diligently to collect a fair settlement. This team did not accept no for an answer and continued to fight for my case and make sure I received a fair compensation for my injuries. This may have also been why the settlement took longer - which I did not mind, because they work hard on every individual case. Huge thank you to Ms. Lupe and and Ms. Sherry! They were both kind, courteous, helpful, and always responsive. They made me feel more comfortable about the situation I was in and made sure to keep me up-to-date with everything about my case. Without these ladies, I would have been out of luck and most likely dealing with a lot more stress. I highly recommend them for any personal injuries or automobile accident cases you may have. They are definitely a business I would keep a card on hand for, just in case of emergencies!
