I took my laptop to Computer Pros and explained what was going on with my laptop and that I also needed a new Virus protection program. Alex told me that he would do a scan and call me back. Alex called me later that day and explained what was going on with my laptop and stated that I had a faulty hard drive and it need to be removed and updated to a solid state hard drive. He told me he would call me when it was ready. The next day around lunch time Alex called and told me my laptop was ready. I went almost immediately to their store and Alex explained what he had done to my laptop and said that it would probably run better than every before. He was not wrong!! I don't think this computer ever ran as good as it does now. It is so much faster than before. I would highly recommend this firm for all your computer needs.
