It was clear that they are both honest and loyal people. I decided to stick with Royal because I did not want to wait over a week to get my phone back from Apple! I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of their repair service. If you want fast and affordable service.. Go here! Yesterday I had to go back in because I dropped my phone and broke the screen again.. They still gave me the best service and even gave me a deal on the screen since I had just been in there. I bought an otter box in the same building and hopefully will never be having to replace a screen again!

I spoke with a representative of this store about a Apple Watch Series 4 the rep. Said that he'll hold it for me but failed to tell me they didn't have the item at ALL so once I got there I waited in line as the customer in front of me was turned away after he tried to purchase LEGIT Apple airpods but after coming to the store he found out they were fake so he was no longer interested. So it was my turn to be service and the woman approached me by asking "DO YOU HAVE THE AD" I replied "YES" she stepped to the back for about 5 minutes and returned and said "we don't have ANY series 4 Apple watches". In addition to this there was no business certificates or Fire Marshal occupancy signs for this small establishment. If you value your time please don't go to EITHER of there location

Nothing less than a 5/5 for this business. I sent Yelp a request for a quote at 10 pm yesterday and…read moreliterally 5 minutes later, Robert replied with an estimation for the repair. Even when I told him extra information (my LCD screen was also broken), he modified the quote immediately which was accurate for the actual repair as well. Definitely go here first if you treasure your old phone and want to preserve it before trading in for a new one. The other phone repair businesses only replied to my request through Yelp the next day and their speed of response was nowhere near the level of BE wireless. The price provided by these other businesses were also around $10-20 more expensive than BE wireless' price. I also had a very pleasant experience at the shop with Ken, the front man, who was very humorous. I was actually 15 mins late and one customer got in line before me. Nevertheless, Ken promised my repair will be done in one hour still, and he kept his words. The repair was also spotless. My phone glass and LCD screen were smashed from falling onto the pavement. After the repair, to amateur eyes like mine, my phone is as good as new. Highly recommend you come here for your phone need! I saw people change their battery here as well!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE SCAM…read more These people are here to scam you. I had to add the business to check-in and write the review). We originally went in to Sam's to purchase a used MacBook. When we went in and explained what we had and what we were doing, he encouraged us to not buy the one he had for sale but suggested we let him look at ours first to see if it was repairable. We had already upgraded the memory to a 1TB solid-state drive and it was much better than what he was selling. We left (Saturday) and returned on Monday with our laptop. He said since we were coming from so far away (League City) that we could wait while he looked at it. We hung out for an hour and he actually was able to fix the motherboard. He explained what he did but honestly it was over my head. I'm just glad it is working. The laptop he was selling was $550. He fixed ours for less than half that cost and warranted the work for 3 months. Granted, I'm writing this review a few short hours after the repair. Assuming the repair holds, he deserves the five stars. If for some reason that changes, I'll update my review. As for now, we are very pleased.

He told me he needed to keep it for several days while he waited for a "specially made" replacement part from the manufacturer, and charged me hundreds of dollars for the repair. When I got the laptop back, the screen technically worked, but the graphics quality was noticeably worse. Everything looked gray and washed out, whereas the original screen was sharp, vibrant, and had much better color. I checked the computer's work log and found that the replacement screen had actually been installed less than an hour after I originally dropped the laptop off. That made his story about needing several days to wait for a special manufacturer part extremely concerning. It appeared that a generic screen he already had in the office was used instead. I paid hundreds of dollars based on what I was told about the repair and the part being ordered. Finding out afterward that the work log told a very different story was incredibly frustrating. Be very careful and ask questions about exactly what parts are being installed and when. I would not recommend this experience.
