I learnt from the manufacturer that only 5 retailers in all of Houston were authorized resellers. I reached out to them all. Three never bothered getting back to me, one quoted me way more than what I knew it should cost, and then there was Timberline. I called and spoke with Titus, who was incredibly helpful and responsive from the get go. He had a quote ready for me within a day, and we agreed upon a very fair price. I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. He told me he would take care of it, and I'm actually typing this out as the work is being finished, only a couple of days later. He's a consumate professional whom I'd recommend without hesitation. I'm very satisfied with Timberline, and I'll be sure to update this review with pictures once the installation is complete.

Over the past four years, I've had about 15 pieces of furniture refinished. (This, in itself,…read morecould be a complete testimony!) The first piece was a gorgeous walnut burl Mid Century conference table, which was ready for the scrap heap, but then I intervened and took it off someone's hands. I took a snap shot of the table and sent it to Furniture Refinishing Services. They said they could do it. gave me a reasonable quote, and had it ready for my home in less than a week. It is stunning. I was fully expecting marginal results since the table was in such poor shape. Boy, was I wrong--but later surprised with the results! Since then, I've brought them antiques with water stains, broken chairs, and yesterday gave them another large table. They are polite, have an excellent eye for detail. quick turnaround, and have strong opinions on what they believe looks good (in terms of finishes) and what doesn't. Plus, they'll pick up your pieces and return. I literally cannot believe some of the negative posts I've read about FRS. They seem like some sort of vendetta. At any rate, two big thumbs up for them! Couldn't be happier with the end products--all 15 pieces!

Excellent Communication! Beautiful Work! Friendly Staff!…read more Patty was very knowledgeable. I was happy to hear her go into detail over the phone because it made me realize she was not new at this. I chose this company because they use a superior product (urethane) opposed to the less expensive but duller looking epoxy which I regretted getting in my last house. I didn't realize that epoxy turns yellow so when my last floor turned yellow after 6 months I promised myself I would never use epoxy again. And I'm glad I didn't! I had this floor by Houston Garage Floors installed in 2018 and it still looks good! I wanted to wait a year before I wrote a review just in case it yellowed like the epoxy floor did but it hasn't. Their charity work was icing on the cake.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE -- BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING!…read more If I could give SpaceManager zero stars, I absolutely would. The only positive part of our experience was the designer, who deserves five stars for her professionalism, creativity, and the excellent 3D design she prepared for us. Unfortunately, the company's management and business practices were a completely different story. The designer came to our home, spent time understanding our needs, and created a beautiful 3D closet design. We were initially very impressed and seriously considered moving forward with the company. However, when it came to pricing, we were offered a 30% manager's discount, which we agreed to consider. Before signing the final agreement, we carefully reviewed the proposal and discovered numerous errors and items that had been removed or cut from our original design. This was extremely disappointing because the proposal did not reflect what we had discussed and expected. The advertised 30% discount meant very little when items were being removed from the project. My biggest concern is transparency and trust. A discount should be a genuine discount, not something that distracts customers from missing items, changes to the design, or errors in the proposal. Thankfully, we reviewed everything carefully before committing further. My advice to anyone considering SpaceManager is to read every single detail of the contract and make sure every item you discussed is clearly included in writing before signing or making any payment. We were also very disappointed with the manager's attitude. Instead of handling our concerns professionally and respectfully, we found him rude and difficult to communicate with. The way our concerns were handled completely damaged our confidence in the company. We ultimately decided not to move forward because we no longer felt comfortable trusting the company with our project. It is such a shame because the designer was excellent, but a good designer cannot make up for poor management, a lack of transparency, and an unpleasant customer experience. My recommendation: Be extremely careful, double-check your proposal, confirm every detail, and do not let a big discount pressure you into signing. For us, trust is everything, and unfortunately, SpaceManager failed to earn ours. The designer gets 5 stars from me. The management and overall company experience get 0 stars. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Manuel stayed in communication with me and sent me progress pictures and when I got to the house to see it that night I was stunned. The actual stretch and lay of the carpet was perfect and they had neatly rolled and stacked my remnants.
