I was very pleased with the thorough cleaning job that Jason and co-worker did at my rental home. The carpets looked amazing and like new when they finished! Jason noticed that my Berber carpet had some areas that the tenants were not careful with, and the carpet unraveled. He asked if I had any remnants, and I said I did....We made a follow up appointment for him to repair the damaged areas of my carpet. For example, they did four rooms in 25 minutes and that's from start to out the door. Most places say it takes over an hour or more but that's because they do more than one pass. I think SIU only did one pass. Stains that were deep have returned and I was able to get them to decrease in appearance by using rug cleaner. The carpets do look cleaner aside from the stains but the edges of carpet still appear dirty. I had to vacuum again. For the price, I would shop elsewhere especially if the carpets are cleaned for a longer period by other cleaners.
