Mark Northrup failed to properly identify problems. Mark mis identified several probems. Mark Damaged the wall by yanking a picture off the wall to access the electrical panel leaving holes in the newly painted wall. Mark also failed to attach the exterior crawl space to the home and when asked to go and fix, refused to do this. This hole is in the outside of the home leaving areas for mice, rats and other rodent access to the crawl space in the home.
