As a proud Texan who has served and worn my uniform proudly, I value honesty and fairness above all else. When I booked their services, I had no idea that they were over an hour away. When we did a google search for Hereford this company showed up as if they were local. We had a overpowering sewer stench in the building only that added to our sense of urgency. In my desperation to take care of my employees, I unknowingly booked Scottco while my wife had already booked another company. As a small company with only two employees, the $420 trip charge was quite devastating for us. I believe in compensating others for their time and would never want to take advantage of anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am willing to pay a fair amount for the services rendered. However, I was taken aback when I was told that the original charge was almost $600 as if I needed to be happy with the current. The insurance adjuster made some critical errors on measuring the sq ft of the roof. The Professionals Gravity House sent got it right, about 2,000 sq ft difference than what the Insurance Adjuster quoted. Also Nathan had plenty of options of various types of roofing tiles and grades to choose from. he was always available to Answer calls or text msg.
