House is the new kid on the block. Just two months since it opened, they have invited international djs and performers to hook anyone up for a fun-filled night. As someone who doesn't frequent clubs, I enjoyed the entirety of my night at House Manila. I stayed until Lady Trinity's set. I ended up going home at 4 in the morning. Someone has to let loose once in a while.
Last Friday (15th May), House Manila teamed up with radio station, Magic 89.9, to an event called "People from Ibiza." They invited DJ Oliver Schmitz who flew in from Ibiza to Manila for a one-night only event. There were many people in the club that night but I didn't feel so suffocated by it! It didn't feel like we were all forced to be huddled in a cramped space. It was refreshing to be honest. It did leave an impression on me and my friends and I have decided to come back some time soon.
House was full of yuppies, models and creative folk. You're sure bound to meet an interesting lot (of people). I know I did! read more
