There is a designated play area with fun ramps and houses to play within! The dogs get supervised care during play time and you can get cute photos of videos of their time away. The staff, though small, is really dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for both pet owners and pets alike! There are plenty of roomy suites for my pups to stay in, whether small, standard, or deluxe. My pups really enjoy their time here, and I can rest easy knowing they're loved and cared for in my absence.

Due to my job I have to work 12 hours a day and can't leave him home. They are so understanding and accommodating where I can drop him off early before opening and pick him up right after closing. The staff is wonderful, I see the live feed and they play with all the dogs hug them, give them pets and attention. They give my pup breaks when he needs them. They know what the dogs need and so intuitive. The place is clean and never smells like animals. On the live feed you see the employees clean up right away when the dog pees or poops. The staff is so friendly and look like they're happy working there. They truly care about the dogs and owners well being. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Amazing job. Oh and by the way they have a splash pad for the doggies who love water!! They have big dog and small dog play areas. Each have an inside and an outside and the dogs can come and go in and out when they want. The prices are super reasonable and great value packages. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone working super early or super late and need a daycare or boarding this is the place. A lot of my coworkers bring their pets here.

As a single doughter dad to my girl I needed help getting her to behave and relearn myself how to handle a new puppy (She turned One in June 2025) with a will of her own. I will say that at first the cost of care had me a little choked up but I also preferred having her somewhere that she wouldn't be in a crate all day or with so many dogs that she got no attention. Within the first month I noticed a decent change in her as well as my ability to be more assertive. It is close to a year later and she still goes there during the day Mon-Fri. She knows when we are headed there in the morning and is excited to go and see her friends (as well as the humans - but they are more managing the play date than a part of it) and excited to see me when I pick her up in the evening so I know she is getting not only great care but some adjustments to her bad habits. Overall I have been very happy with Posh and how they have gotten to know me and my (now) teenager and plan to have her going there for as long as I live in the area (or until I become a snowbird and run from the hurricanes).

The team is incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, which gives me so much peace of mind. They get to play with so many dog friends (and even make a few "hooman" friends too!), and I love knowing they're having fun while staying safe. After a full day of play, my dogs come home completely pooped -- the best kind of tired! It's clear they've had an amazing, active day. What really sets Ruff Days apart is their attention to detail -- the team does body checks and always informs me of any skin issues or lumps they notice. That level of care truly shows how much they value the dogs' well-being. I couldn't recommend Ruff Days more!

Moving to St. Pete just a month ago with no local connections, I was so anxious about finding trustworthy, loving care for my dogs--especially because Finn is blind and older, and with a lot of travel coming up. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Ruff Days! It's such a relief to know that while I'm away, my dogs are safe, loved, and genuinely having a blast. Meaghan is truly the heart of it all. This was our dogs first experience at a place like this and it will certainly be the last. I truly wished I would have listened to all of the bad reviews this place has because we found out it is for a reason. Unfortunately It's our emotional support animal that had to find out in the worse way. We got our dog boarded here from Aug 17 - 23rd while we were away on a cruise. We had the internet package so we would be able to look in our dog because we knew she has anxiety being left behind and previous trauma. She is a rescue. We gave them a list of instructions about everything. Brought her own dog bowl which is a raised slow feeder, harness and leash to take her out because she doesnt do well with ones around her neck, two beds, portioned out food and a thunder jacket because she is afraid of thunder. Again with full instructions. We explained to them that she would not let people take her out on a leash and would sit and put all her weight down and we were reassured that she would not be forced to come out of the enclosure unless she wanted to. For the added on play time we were told if she wouldn't come out they just wouldn't try and would take it off for that day. We got her placed in a presidential room with high walls and a doggy door so she would not have to have interaction with the people too much when it came to her going to the bathroom she could just take herself out. WELL on Aug 16th we dropped her off around 12PM the door was opened she went out of it no problem we thought she wouldn't know how but she understood what to do right away and needed no help. She came back in and then we looked at the camera again about an hour later the door was shut. We were told she would have full freedom to go in and out of the run from 8am to around 5pm. This was not the case at all. The run was not opened again at all that day. Aug 17th in the morning around 7am my wife was watching the cameras and she watched as a person forcefully dragged our dog out by a small lead wrapped around her neck. we have it on video. We were told they would not do anything like this and that was a complete lie. I didn't see the video until I was back but my wife the entire trip made sure to watch the cameras because that incident was so traumatizing to her and the dog. Now I see why. By the look of our dogs neck which is swollen, scabbed, red and missing hair we know she was forcefully pulled out like this on multiple occasions. WE brought the harness for a reason and with explicit instructions and again was given false reassurance. From that point on my wife looked at the camera at least 2 - 3 times an hour and almost every single time we saw the run closed. There was no free range for our ESA dog like we were told. She was literally locked in there day and night and only once or twice did we ever see it opened for her to go to the bathroom and it was usually around 11 and then never again. We thought ok maybe its because its so hot outside and they would open it. NOPE not the case we watched day after day and the run was not opened as they told us it would be. We have photos of our dog looking at the door in desperate need to get taken out. we tried to text but our package did not work for that. August 22nd we were watching the cameras again and this time our dog was looking at the door pacing back and forth her tail was up and we know this to mean that she severely have got to use the bathroom. Then we saw her start barking to try to get someone's attention so on a whim I emailed the email I got for confirmation and that went through. I wish I would have know that the whole time. We were told by Rachel not Kim a manager we found out during pickup was the person forcefully dragged our dog out by the neck, it would get opened soon then our camera shut down for awhile. ODD!! We went to him to watch videos because he wouldn't give us a copy of the full stay even though Rachel said she would email it to us. There was not only one incident but several and to top it all off on one of the days there was a time jump meaning something was missing but we have no idea what. We have filed several complaints and hope to get justice for our ESA mini. Since being home she has been so jumpy and very skiddish. All the progress we made with her has been lost. We want to prevent this from happening to someone else's animal that's why we are posting reviews and taking the necessary steps.
