Upon returning home he was limping - I noticed that they cracked one of his nails, and didn't fully cut one off leaving him in pain. They try to push things on you and almost shame you if you don't agree to the same day services. They are expensive and while I understand that one of the vets has pugs and she seems amazing - the older vet was very blunt and had no bedside manner. My dog is my baby and I would expect the vet to treat my dog as he/she was a pediatrician treating a child. The office manager was great - I called back to just state the problem we were having and she apologized and told me the tech was new and she was in training.

The pet accommodations are comfy and give them plenty of space. I appreciate that I can be that person and look at my dog on a webcam and see how he's doing. They staff are kind to the animals and responsive to requests; once our dog was in a "penthouse" which comes equipped with a human bed, but he is under the impression that Good Boys do not go on human beds, so when I saw him on the floor they sweetly brought him a dog bed, too. Our cats are happier after boarding than they were in the past after being left home alone during travels. They also have daycare services on weekdays, which is handy for long work days or just for socialization. I appreciate that they do a temperament test to make sure your pet will have fun and be safe with others. We have never needed to use most of the grooming services, but when our dog's had a bath there they seemed to do a good job. They also have a decent selection of good quality pet food, toys, etc. We'll continue to be loyal customers.

The last few times I have gone the bill has been creeping up. Today, I dropped my dog at 10am and got a notification at 12:04 that she was ready. When I went to pay I was charged $108 for the groom and an additional $30 for a dematting fee. I have never been charged that and Ruth and Jeff would have contacted me first. It seems now they just add in hidden costs. The thing of it is my dog was shaved and was only there for two hours. I asked to speak to the owner and Luis came over. He told me he was not the owner but he had to brush her underneath for 30 min. Keep in mind she was in only there two hours. I told him I was unhappy and she looked shaved and a $30 fee was crazy. I told him if I paid that we would not be back. Luis was rude and could have cared less. Well I paid the bill but you lost a loyal customer. I have referred multiple people here as well. Best of luck we will not be back. I've attached a photo just to show how short her haircut was.
