They staff are kind to the animals and responsive to requests; once our dog was in a "penthouse" which comes equipped with a human bed, but he is under the impression that Good Boys do not go on human beds, so when I saw him on the floor they sweetly brought him a dog bed, too. Our cats are happier after boarding than they were in the past after being left home alone during travels. They also have daycare services on weekdays, which is handy for long work days or just for socialization. I appreciate that they do a temperament test to make sure your pet will have fun and be safe with others. We have never needed to use most of the grooming services, but when our dog's had a bath there they seemed to do a good job. They also have a decent selection of good quality pet food, toys, etc. We'll continue to be loyal customers.

They are expensive and while I understand that one of the vets has pugs and she seems amazing - the older vet was very blunt and had no bedside manner. My dog is my baby and I would expect the vet to treat my dog as he/she was a pediatrician treating a child. The office manager was great - I called back to just state the problem we were having and she apologized and told me the tech was new and she was in training.

Kash has been bitten twice by another dog while in their care. The second incident was so severe that he required surgery and has a difficult recovery. After the second attack, I read more reviews -- and to my horror, I discovered that another dog was recently paralyzed while under their care. That's when I knew I had to pull Kash out immediately. This facility is dangerously mismanaged. They allow medium and large dogs to play with small dogs (see photo proof), and it's clear they have far too many dogs and not nearly enough staff to supervise safely. Several employees even admitted that a particular dog should have been re-evaluated for aggression, yet that dog continues to attend daycare while other, well-behaved dogs are kept on rotation to accommodate it. That speaks volumes about their priorities and management. To make matters worse, some of the "positive" reviews I've seen online are encouraged or written by employees, which is extremely misleading for dog parents trying to make a safe choice. I'm heartbroken that Kash went through this, and I wouldn't wish it on any other dog. Please, do your research before bringing your pet here, look at reviews on all platforms. This place needs to be investigated and shut down before another innocent dog gets seriously hurt -- or worse

Pete came by to introduce himself before we hired him and we found him very friendly, warm, and certainly a cat lover. We were gone for four days and he came by to feed, clean up after our two cats, and even give one his daily pill. Best of all, he played with them every day when he came by and sent us a photo on our phones. Highly recommended!
