They try to push things on you and almost shame you if you don't agree to the same day services. They are expensive and while I understand that one of the vets has pugs and she seems amazing - the older vet was very blunt and had no bedside manner. My dog is my baby and I would expect the vet to treat my dog as he/she was a pediatrician treating a child. The office manager was great - I called back to just state the problem we were having and she apologized and told me the tech was new and she was in training.

Pete came by to introduce himself before we hired him and we found him very friendly, warm, and certainly a cat lover. He had a card at my wonderful vet's office and I asked the staff what the general response was to his service. All glowing reviews. I have a cat that needs daily meds and there is a trick to pilling a cat. Not all people are good at this. Pete came to our home for an interview and our cats loved him. We were away for 4 days and he came by, emptied he litter, fed the cats, gave them fresh water and pilled my cat that needed it each day. Each day he sent us pictures of the cats who adjusted to his presence very well. When we got back, they were relaxed and well fed. He did spend some time playing with them. We are now looking forward to being able to take trips or vacations without worrying about how well our fur babbies are doing. Highly recommend his service. Give him a try, you'll see.
