What was most frustrating was not only the damage itself, but the company's unwillingness to take responsibility for it. (We have photos with time stamps to prove proper protection of the house wasn't done) I understand that accidents can happen on a job site, but I believe a professional company should stand behind its work and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I was left feeling like they were more concerned with denying that they caused the issue than with helping resolve it. The quality of the work and, more importantly, the way the situation was handled afterward left me very disappointed. I would strongly recommend discussing how they protect surrounding surfaces and how they handle accidental damage before hiring them.

This company was recently purchased. The previous reviews and positive comments do not apply to the…read morecurrent owner. Since Ben Hendrickson, Hendrickson Enterprises LLC bought it there have only been negative reviews and BBB complaints. They did a fraction of the work, poorly, and caused thousands in damages in the process and are trying to charge me double. I have to demo their cover up mess and redo the project according to my new contractor. Not to mention redo my new flooring, and replace my fat tire bike and other belongings that were damaged by the lack of protection during their spray. They promised they would cover up everything in the scope of work. Their crew was disrespectful and unprofessional to me and spoke poorly of Ben. They showed great disrespect to my property and neighborhood, relieving themselves on the side of my garage in clear view of the home. The owner/manager Ben was unresponsive during the project and project manager didn't show up to monitor as promised to "complete" the job, go over the project or assess damages. They abandoned the job partway through and gave a sob story for a second chance which they didn't follow through with what was promised either. I found out that Ben isn't even a licensed contractor and you have to be licensed by the city to work here. It is strange considering I also found out he lives a half mile away from me. He had so many excuses for not being able to come over during the two months and turns out I am closer than the grocery store or gas station to him. The good name of Central Insulation has been tarnished.
